Was not informed of $10+ warranty applied to each tire, this was never discussed. Upon seeing this on my receipt, I walked back in and asked if mandatory and wanted a refund. Brandon was unhappy that I said he added a warranty that we did not talk about and told me "it was automated and that he didn't need the attitude." To which I responded "Its your job" and he threw my card down and stormed off like a child. I was then helped by another employee with the same kind of attitude. Very unprofessional. To top things off, my valve stem caps (complete, matched set) were replaced with old, dirty, and cracked caps of which were 3 different styles (2 green caps, one black, and one grey). I will not come back, I will not recommend to anyone. I believe you could do better in your front office than these grown men who cannot handle simple customer service without developing an attitude.

I came in for a tire rotation, service and to have my AC looked at, it wasn't blowing cold while at idle but would while at hwy speed. It was at full Freon pressure when I dropped it off. I was quoted a $1,300 repair to replace the entire AC system which I declined. After 3 hours my van was returned to me. The AC Freon? stuff had been removed so therefore it wouldn't even blow cold while driving on the interstate which it did prior to being looked at. And, I was charged $75 for a remove and replace the stuff for some unknown reason. I checked the pressure after a couple of days and saw that the AC cooling system was completely empty. I added some Freon stuff from O'Reileys and fixed whatever was wrong when I took it in. I don't even know if they did the service or rotated the tires, I didn't mark them prior to dropping them off and am so mad that I won't ever return to this store location ever again. May you go bankrupt.

Dropped off a trailer tire to be replaced. Done it in a timely manner and even unloaded it from my truck and loaded it back when done.

I went in to check the price of tires, they offered to check my brakes too. Reported back saying I needed brakes asap, rotors so bad they had to be replaced could not be turned, the quote was very high $ so I went to the dealer to have brakes done for 1/2 the price. Dealer called and said my brakes were fine for several more miles I could wait. So I am waiting BUT makes me wonder why Big O told me their story, I did feel they were very well trained on what to say to customers to get them to do the work! So buyer be ware, I will never go to this store again! They are not honest

The staff seemed very nice and helpful. I DID NOT know they offered so many other services. I thought it was just a tire shop. I will be going back and I hope the high level of service and friendliness continues.

I brought in a newly purchased used car with new tires on it to have a front end alignment. Not only did they NOT do the alignment, they tried to tell me that the car needed over $500.00 worth of work, which they would have been happy to do with an appointment at a later date. I was disappointed and worried so I left, went to a mechanic who revealed to me that the services that Big O recommended were NOT necessary to do a proper alignment. I made an appointment with another tire place right down the road (H & R Tire), who did the alignment for $15.00 less than Big O. So, no, I wouldn't recommend this location of Big O at all.

I was shocked at the cost for the service. $100 more than what I have paid at dealer. Service agent discounted the bill $100 when I mentioned that I have never paid over $500 for the same service. His quick discount tells me that your business model is to take advantage of as many customers as possible. That is not a business I will deal with in the future.

I came to do an alignment for my car. They said it needs an alignment to fix the pulling in the right direction. However, after I drive my car, it is more worst than it was before. I never come back for a service in Big O Tires again.

Staff was great to work with. Knew their stuff when it comes to tires, alignments and other auto care needs.

Had them swap brand new wheels and brand new lug nuts on a brand new truck. They damaged the lug nuts and didn't install all the lug nuts. They scratched my truck in 3 places. And they over-torqued all of the lug nuts to 150 ft-lbs when the factory spec is 98 ft-lbs. And they have failed to do anything to make it right.

Amazed tire I needed for E350 Mercedes was in stock! Price was better than two I purchased from my regular tire guy in Charleston, SC recently. Overall, best tire buying experience I've ever had, and I've bought a lot of tires!

I went to the Big O tire in Fayetteville, AR, on Martin Luther King Blvd. I was told that a leak in my tire could not be fixed due to the leak being beyond the thumb width of the mechanic in the shop. I understand not patching a hole in the sidewall, but I was told this is a corporate rule. The mechanic was a scrawny kid with a thumb smaller than my wife. If the mechanic would have been normal size with normal hands, the hole would have not been on the outside of his thumb. So my question, what is the standard for a corporate thumb width? It needs to be a dimension, not a thumb width rule. For this lame excuse of a reason to try and sale me a new tire, I will never ever give any of my business to Big O tires, nor will I ever recommend your company to any of my peers.

1. I had to have 1 patch and 1 tire replacement so my spare was used while my tire was on order. The technician almost broke my tailgate and camper shell door trying to find a spare that was obviously under the truck. 2018 Toyota Tundra. He also stripped the spare linkage using an air Chuck instead of his hands. 2. The never checked the air in ANY of my tires. I drove home on low tires and spare. 3. The technician stole or lost my custom valve stem caps. 4. After installing my new tire that came in, the once again did not check any of the air in the tires. 5. The technician couldn't be bothered to put my spare back where it was supposed to go (under the truck). He instead threw it in my truck bed CRUSHING the contents of a backpack I had in the back. Camping gear broken and food crushed all over everything. This is probably the worst experience I've had at a "tire shop" or any place for that matter. They were more worried about getting out of there on time than customer service.
