Big O Tires

Morons. Complete morons. They rip you the fuck off. I went for an alignment and they told me I needed a bunch of front end work and tried to charge me over $400 just for labor. Didn't even price parts. Turns out I didn't even need the parts. Dumb fucks. The one part I did need they didn't even say I needed. Never will I return to this shitty business again. FUCK BIG O TIRE

I'm glad my dad and I'd found " BIG O Tires" I've never, in my life, had such a great bargain getting new tires. I even had an alignment and oil change for about $562. I was really sweating it. They made it very easy to decide.

I purchased 4 tires in the last year. I have to keep bringing my car in (4 times all tires) to have valve stems replaced. I had to wait an hour then charged $6.00 last time, thought there was a warranty, apparently not like your brochure states. Very dissatisfied!!! But I have to keep coming back to get them fixed! This store is very slow too!

Great experience and got done exactly what I needed with great conversation to understand what I was doing with a spacer kit. Older truck had some strut rusting and explained and probably saved my son from a lot of trouble when he goes off to school. Will use Big O tires in Fayetteville and my man Glen! Called and re-checked that we were satisfied the next day. This is how servicing your vehicle should be!

The folks in the store were unprofessional and scattered. My vehicle was in the shop for more than 30 minutes before they even started on it.

I went to have a flat fixed - the tire was already off the car (I brought in). They fixed the flat quickly in about 15 minutes and promptly put it in the back of my truck. I didn't check my rim and tire before I drove 20 minutes back home. When I went to put the rim/tire back on the car, I noticed that the rim was scratched a lot. This was not expected. I took the tire to them instead of a mom and pop place because I thought they would know how to take a tire off and not damage the rim. I didn't go back because I was sure they would be like, it was like that when we got it then I would be more pissed. Thanks Big-O for ruining my wheel on my BMW, and yes I will never go back. Brand new store, should not damage rims on a tire change. But hey, you just lost a customer cause you suck taking tires or and putting on a rim.

Curt and the other staff members have been fantastic to work with! They have gone out of their way to assist my family and my legal assistant. And you picked a great location for a store.

I wanted for 5 hours to get my tires put on which I understood because they had to drive to bentonville to get them. The bad thing about the entire visit was that they damaged all 4 of my rims which are $600 rims a piece. I have contacted them and will be driving back over tomorrow for them to look at the rims.

First time customer that needed a oil change, didn't really like that there was spilled oil on the engine and wasn't cleaned up. When I get an oil change people are courteous enough to top off my winshield wiper fluid for less than $58. That wasn't the case.

Went to store to order a tire you don't stock. Your salesman at first didn't want to sell me the tire at the price you have online because he said had to get special. When I showed him your online details they agreed to sell at your printed price. I opened credit card to get rebate etc that part went well. Your company to notify when tires in. I get one phone call wanting to know when I will be in or they will send tires back. While installing tires, my wife called me and said where are you as Big O wants to talk about brakes. I was in waiting room. On way home tire light comes on. I checked pressure and correct so I called and they would fix when I come in. They could not, said had to be done by dealer. I called my Honda repair guy and I could reset calibration myself. What a sorry bunch. I am going to be returning for rotation etc. Highly unsatisfatory.

Car servicing is not my favorite thing to do but this wasn't bad.

I took my car here for an oil change and the drain plug fell out before my next oil change. I was told by their insurance company (after 1.5 weeks when I was supposed to hear back the next business day) that they aren't responsible for the plug falling out as it didn't happen within 2 blocks of the location. So I'm stuck with a car I bought about 1 year ago that now has an engine that knocks. DON'T RISK TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

The store changed the oil in my 2016 eco diesel dodge truck twice in the past. On this visit I am told by the new manager that he can't change it due to the fact they don't carry the correct oil for my truck. He has no idea what oil they have used the past two times and gives me information on why the sticker in my truck says it was the correct oil. Want be back and hope no damage has been done to my truck.

Big O has been a big convenience for me. It's nice being able to drop my car off and have an oil change, rotation, and alignment all at once. I'm treated well and I don't feel like I've ever experienced up-sell. Thanks, Big O!
