You only had one brand of tire in a 215 55 18 and it was expensive then when I was leaving I asked your service tech if he had put my spare tire away properly.. He replied yes sir when in actuality they had not put it back properly , they threw it all in there a jumbled up shitty mess

One of the guys at this location took a Joyride on a white Ford fiesta and traveled at almost twice speed limit (70+mph on a 40mph speed zone) Spoke to a manager about this and was dismissed and told that it was not his problem. Extremely unprofessional behavior from workers and management alike. Everything was caught on the vehicles dashcam.

All the staff were very professional and curteous, the whole place was immaculate.. I chose Big O tires after seeing all the positive reviews They explained to me in detail exactly what my car needed and what was not. and the cost. I dropped my car off at 7 am and they drove me to work in their shuttle truck. I never felt presumed to have more work done. I have found my auto repair place and highly recommend them. Thank you guys for the great customer service.

I battled completing this survey as I really try to only say positive things about businesses because I know so much negative is said. But on Thursday, December 26th I arrived around 8am for an oil change and tire rotation. They recommended for me not to get a rotation for safety reasons which I really appreciated. By 8:50 I was finally checking out and promptly got in my car and drove away. I did find it odd that my seat hadn't been moved as I am barely 60 inches tall and majority of people have to move the seat to even get in my car. Within 45 seconds, I noticed that my steering wheel had been damaged on the bottom underside of the wheel. I called the store but couldn't immediately return as I had to be somewhere at noon that was 3 hours away. Once I arrived back in Fayetteville that afternoon, I immediately went to the store and someone came out to look. The first guy came out and viewed the damaged, noting it looked like nail scratches. He went back in to get another employee. The other employee came out immediately skeptical saying it must have happened earlier in the day or the day before (Christmas when I didn't even leave my house) and claimed there was absolutely no way the damage happened while they were servicing the vehicle since the put on steering wheel covers. Oddly enough, he did state that the guy who drove my car in was a large man. I kept saying a tool, or a belt buckle or something did the damage and he just said no that I didn't notice the damage before. This was condescending and rude since my car is practically brand new and I drive close to a thousand miles a month so I know every part of my car, especially my drivers seat. Also my steering wheel is leather, which I love, and I normally hold my steering wheel at the bottom. I calmly and quietly kept saying there was no way it happened anywhere else and he just ignored my concerns. I didn't expect a full repair, just a polite acknowledgement and concern as to the damage that occurred. Instead I was told I didn't notice it earlier, and there was absolutely no way it happened there. Also I find it ironic that he was telling me earlier that morning to come back there for all new tires in the spring. Why on earth would I patron a business and spend hundreds of dollars when they were so dismissive of the concern I had for the damage caused to my new car?

Very Unprofessional, had me on hold for 15 minutes. Over charged my son for a light bulb on his car. $5.00 for the light bulb $60.00 for labor $65.00 total, for a job that took 5 minutes. Taking advantage of hard working college students. Way to go Big O Crooks.

I was there for awhile but they were extremely busy although i had made an appointment and didn't get my truck in for 50 minutes past my appointment. I think that is a rare case and will give them the benefit of the doubt. They were very friendly and gave me a good analysis of my truck (even a carfax of what has been done even though they didn't have to do that) and a good solution to my vehicle's issues as well as future recommendations what needs to be done. I will be back there for oil changes for now on, especially since they rotate my new tires every time. I will also bring 3 other vehicles in for service as well as recommend them.

You tried to add an insurance to the purchase of my tires without asking me. You told me I needed new brakes because they only had 2mm thickness left. I knew that didn't make sense, I went to my usual shop and they told me I did not need new brakes, they Still have a lot of life.

45 minutes to fix a flat, told staff a nail was in left rear tire, 27 minutes in I thought I was done, nope tire tech comes in to tell me he can't find leak. Told tech it has a nail in it, went out to shop and found nail for tech. I needed to get to work. By the way, 45 minutes was not counting any wait time, good thing I was there early and didn't have to wait to get truck in.

Did not rotate my tires after a 2 hour wait. Just lied about it. Return the next business day to have it done. After haveing the tires rotated the associate did not adjust the tires to the proper air pressure. Ram 2500 should have 60psi front 80psi rear. He put the tires back on with the reverse air pressure. This is unbelievable!!! Two trips and still not right!!

I won't comment on the store's customer service until after the detail company cleans the interior and exterior of my pickup. The oil change tech left oil on 4 exterior panels of my truck plus the hood. In addition, the tech got oil and grease on the interior door panel, steering wheel and the driver's seat. I'm unable at this time to determine if the oil and grease can possibly be cleaned. I can provide pictures if necessary. In addition the windshield oil change sticker was not renewed. Incident occurred 4-30-18 at approximately 5PM. I have 3 company vehicles in addition to my personal truck any my wife's car serviced at this location. I will never have this tech service my vehicles in the future.
