Big O Tires

Went it's for my free alignment with my 1 year warranty and mount/balance 4 good used tires I provided. Has no issues with my truck just needed tires and alignment. Picked my truck up on Saturday evening and my tire monitor light was on showing 0 pressure, steering wheel was crooked causing the traction control/stabiltrack lights to come on, and told them there is a bad vibration. Went back this morning (Monday 5/13/19) and informed them of everything. They told me my tire pressure sensor was broke "when they took the tire off"� but was working fine before and they know the light was not on when they pulled it in the shop! They refused to fix that, they also said my vibration was because of my tires when they are good tires with 7/32 ATLEAST of tread and said balance won't fix that, they did get my alignment fixed and that made my traction control/stabiltrack lights go away. But I'm now having to drive around with a tire pressure sensor light on 24/7 and a bad vibration. Not pleased!

Since this location opened, I have bought tires there, had alignments done, tires patched and rotated. They have great deals. The staff is very frindly and they are normally very quick. They always let me know where I am at as far as maintenance with their inspections. They also offer free rotations and tire patches if you get the tires there, which is also great. I do a lot of driving so it's very nice to have a second set of eyes and help to keep me on the road.

On my free alignment check the tech left the lower control arm bolts loose to the point truck was impossible to drive after about 50 miles.... The store offered me to put the amount I paid for the alignment ( I had done at dealership) towards a 3 year alignment package.

Loved these guys, had issue with 1 tire after we left, returned later n they fixed it no problem. I told Everyone at work about how great these guys were and all the services they do.

I have a clicking noise coming from the driver's side. They insisted on changing passenger axle. When it didn't fix the problem they blamed a different business.

I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change. They did not give me any updates that it would take this long and when they told me it would be 5 more minutes it was really 30min. I won't be returning to this location.

I was trying to get back home to Dfw after getting a flat. I arrived at the store 15 minutes before close, and was told that I couldn't get a tire fixed because the mechanic would 'flip his lid' if he had to fix something this close to closing time. I was out of town and driving on a spare, so I had to buy a hotel room and wait until the morning. In my line of work we stay late all of the time to get the job done. I guess that's not true for the tire business.

Promptly addressed my need for a new tire to be purchased and mounted.

Not happy with the bait and switch. I was informed when new tires were put on that alignment and brakes (front and rear would be $600.00 drive away price) should be considered. I came back for the alignment and asked once more about the brakes a second associate quoted me $300.00 per axle. The following Monday I came in to have new rotors, pads and brake shoes replaced. I was met with a $903.00 quote. Now you tell me how 2 employees could quote the same figure and then be presented with a new figure? I had gotten a second quote from my local garage that also buys the parts from Auto Zone. I showed the manager the text including price that was on my phone. Needless to say it wasn't a pretty scene. I left and got the brakes replaced for $643.00. End of story.

Not happy, went to change oil, no issues w/car. Came out car wobbling, steering wheel jumping, and displays on dash doing everything. Would not recommend. Told them car was making sounds now guy drove said no problem. Will never go back as there are too many probs now and will have to get fixed.

Fast and friendly

I asked for a tire rotation and balance and they gave me an oil change. One employee named Brandon was very argumentive and tried to pick a fight with me for expressing my dissatisfaction.

Just a great experience

My daughter had a tire that was low on air. The customer service representative quickly found that the tire had been compromised in the side wall. He also diagnosed that her back tires were in poor condition (3/32 mm), that her brake pads were paper thin, and could sell her 2 replacement tires for a low low price of $394 for her 2005 college vehicle. She asked for the cheapest option and he provided her the next lowest tire (to match the tread of her 18 month old tires) at the bargain basement price of $332. Knowing that she needed to get home, I called and told them that they needed to find another alternative and interestingly enough they found a tire that was only $75 a piece. Now, that doesn't mention that I found another tire with high ratings for $54 a piece that was never mentioned or offered. When my daughter returned home this week, we took the good tire that we asked be returned to us and lo and behold it has 8/32 mm. Hmmm. Needless to say, I am dissatisfied with the high priced service and sense of being taken advantage of during this stressful time. Thank you for quickly assessing and putting on high end, safe tires for my daughter's car. However, I am not appreciative of feeling as if my daughter was being taken advantage of during our experience.

Only needed a rotate, balance and alignment. Took 3 hours! Only to customers at the time. Poor service. Manager is a jerk

I had a big nail in one of my tires, so it was flat as a pancake. Big O fixed it in a timely manner and fixed it properly.
