Other then not being a central data base and minor communication error all was resolved quickly and they did a great job

This was a great experience with getting new tires. Starting with tremaine over the phone, he told me the exact prices I was looking for with the best options for my money. He even asked if I was a student so that he could apply a student discount for me. This was a game changer. My service was super quick, it only took 1.5 hours. Extremely pleased with the service. Will ABSOLUTELY be back!! Thank you!!

I needed my tires rotated and wheel alignment adjusted but didn't have an appointment and was going to schedule one but clerk offered to go ahead and do that same day which I truly appreciated

Justin and Nathan took great care of me and my car! I got an alignment and they got me in and out very promptly. Justin was very friendly and explained everything well. Nathan was the tech and he did a great job and I could tell he was working hard! I will be recommending Big O Tires to all my friends and family, and will be back!

Other location in Springdale couldn't fit me so they called and referred my vehicle to Fayetteville one. They were delighted to receive me and had an earlier spot available. Process and repair was smooth, fast, and easy. While waiting I offered drinks and refreshments in the lobby. I will come back especially after being offered couple years of free alignment checks and service was reasonable.

One, they were so welcoming and made everything very easy. Two, listening to their conversations with all the other customers was so great. So helpful, kind, welcoming, and fast!

The waiting Room chairs and tables were dirty they had stuck on food or child sno't

They kept me highly informed on the progress on my vehicle. I plan on finishing the rest of what needs to be done on the vehicle. Tremaine Collins was great at keeping me informed.

They had the specific tires I wanted ordered there in a day and it took less than 30 minutes for them to get my tires done when they got there.

Just a great overall experience

Chase was great at getting me fixed up. I work nights in the emergency room and it was important that I got things done quickly and correctly. We had one little mix up but they corrected it without hesitation.

My tire was going flat fast and my wife needed to go pick up our grandkids at school so they put my spare on so she could get to the school on time. They called me when the tire was ready and reinstalled it on my vehicle. Very happy with the unscheduled changing of my tire.

I had an appointment for an oil change at around lunch time and the store was quite busy. The service took a little longer than I'm used to but when my car was ready the man who checked me out (I can't remember his name. Maybe it was Greg? Or Gary?) was so kind and apologized for my wait and took $10 off my total! I purchased my tires at Big O and always come to this store to get my car serviced (I've gotten oil changes, new windshield wipers, and a couple of other things fixed) because they are so friendly. I never feel pressured to buy or do something extra and that they are honest about what is going on with my car. I love my Big O Tires store and always tell my friends that is where they should buy their next set of tires. :)

Effective communication and I was very happy with being able to put my balance due on the big ol credit card.
