Other then not being a central data base and minor communication error all was resolved quickly and they did a great job

Service techs are always friendly and do not try to sell you stuff you don’t need

I needed my tires rotated and wheel alignment adjusted but didn't have an appointment and was going to schedule one but clerk offered to go ahead and do that same day which I truly appreciated

They showed me the damage to my vehicle's tires instead of just letting me take their word for it. They helped me navigate the cost of replacing four tires and a cabin and engine filter. They were funny and kind. Josh in particular was fantastic at customer service.

Other location in Springdale couldn't fit me so they called and referred my vehicle to Fayetteville one. They were delighted to receive me and had an earlier spot available. Process and repair was smooth, fast, and easy. While waiting I offered drinks and refreshments in the lobby. I will come back especially after being offered couple years of free alignment checks and service was reasonable.

Justin was very kind and helpful while fully explaining his tire recommendation as well as the pricing for them. The service was also rather quick even though we didn't have an appointment.

The waiting Room chairs and tables were dirty they had stuck on food or child sno't

I started going to this Big O (3003) about 4 years ago after moving to Fayetteville. They have been timely, orderly, and seem to know their jobs and treat the customers like neighbors. Cooper tires could lower the price 100 a tire and they would sell more tires. Cooper Discoverer AT3 tires lasted over 70K miles, lifetime balance and rotation included is a good business too.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I felt no pressure but decided to get a quote on tire in case I need them in the near future. You have a wonderful staff at this location. This was my first time at Big O. I had a nail in my tire and was very pleased that the staff treated me like a person and not like a woman like most tire places do.

Chase was great at getting me fixed up. I work nights in the emergency room and it was important that I got things done quickly and correctly. We had one little mix up but they corrected it without hesitation.

Took good care of me and gave many options of tire

I had an appointment for an oil change at around lunch time and the store was quite busy. The service took a little longer than I'm used to but when my car was ready the man who checked me out (I can't remember his name. Maybe it was Greg? Or Gary?) was so kind and apologized for my wait and took $10 off my total! I purchased my tires at Big O and always come to this store to get my car serviced (I've gotten oil changes, new windshield wipers, and a couple of other things fixed) because they are so friendly. I never feel pressured to buy or do something extra and that they are honest about what is going on with my car. I love my Big O Tires store and always tell my friends that is where they should buy their next set of tires. :)

Tre is always so kind and transparent with me every time I come to Big O. I always recommend them to people and will continue returning here.
