I came in with a shimmy in my steering wheel. I told the Reps that I believe it was being caused by something in the rear of the truck. They wound up putting 2 new tires on the front (probably didn't need) but was told that would fix the shimmy. I then drove to a wedding in Eureka Springs right after leaving the shop, the problem wasn't fixed. I'll come in Weds, 9/27 to have them look at it again. Disappointing since I had used the Springdale store a few times and had good experiences each time. I basically sat around for 2 hrs, spent over $200 to be in the same position I was when arrived. Everyone was nice and more than forthright. I don't think the rear of the truck was checked and that was disappointing.

Everyone was so friendly. 45 minutes from the time we got there. We left with 4 new tires and a oil change. Great service!

I made a online reservation and when my wife and I got to the store we waited 30 minutes for them to pull our car into the shop to do the oil change. It then took them about 30-45 minutes to complete the oil change service. The oil change tech also did not close the hood on our car all the way (which I didn't notice until we arrived at home.) All in all, clean store, semi-friendly staff, and decent prices. I may consider coming back to this location. I do have one recommendation... If you have customers who have made a online reservation, you should place them ahead of customers who just do walk in appointments.

The manager, Glen, was outstanding! He managed his people, physically worked as hard as his people and handled a disgruntled customer like a pro. The customer was upset with having to wait and began cursing. Glen immediately stepped in and politely and professionally explain the situation. Glen offered excellent customer service and while the customer was behaving like a complete fool...Glen was calm and professional. Most importantly he stood up for his employee (who had nothing wrong) and he stood up for all the other customers by keeping the situation calm and professional. I will definitely go back to his store!

I think that your all about money $$$$ and not about the customer. You send out coupons and can't use them

What I came in for was to get my tires rotated that was done, I told them that my antifreeze was low they said that they would take care of it! But the next day I discovered that they hadn't!!!

GOOD: Friendly, knowledgeable folks greeted me and took care of patching my tire in a timely manner. Store was clean and new and I liked that I could see my car at all times. BAD: The shop/maintenance crew broke the low pressure tire sensor in the tire that they patched for me but then tried to tell me it had always been broken when, in fact, the sensor was working properly before I took it to Big O. I know this because the sensor caused my dashboard warning light to appear which prompted me to take my car to them for repair. I couldn't possibly recommend Big O Tires to my friends and family based on my initial experience. I would like for Big O to repair that sensor and I can be reached at 479-530-4679. Thank you.

Waited 2hr to get oil changed and tire rotation. As I was checking out I ask the the employee what the air pressure was set at . He replied whatever the door on the truck states. Funny I thought he couldn't tell me if he just rotated my tires. And he did not. He lied to me and also he pur that it was done on my receipt. So pissed off after 2hrs of waiting

The guys at Big O are great. Friendly, courteous, and know what they are talking about. They had me in and out fast and they did an excellent job. Daniel the technician, really knows his stuff. Very impressed.

I know I had a 2,400.00 bid to fix a bunch of stuff that I never asked to be fixed. I came in for a tune up and a radiator fixed and they bid it but they gave me this long list of stuff that is wrong with my jeep - I never came in for brakes and tires. I was surprised I needed tires, as I drive 2,000 or less a month or less. and I think they were acting strange as that was crazy - I bought 3 tires at the same time and 1 tire later, they said 2 were worn out that couldn't be, so I laughed at them. They were basically trying to hook me up with tires.......funny.

I was the second vehicle there after opening. Took almost 3 hours to install 2 rear tires and balance 2 front tires. Big O has gone downhill in service.

My visit was fair. I came in to ask abought used tires for sale, none were avalible. I had a inbalance in one of my tires and Brandon had the two front tires rebalanced and found one wheel he said was a little bent but they balanced it the best they could and recomended finding a new wheel. What I noticed during my visit was manager Kurt seemed uptight. He was short and bothered by questions asked by Brandon and others during my visit. I am a supervisor and I have had training in working with othres in positions above and below me. I would suggest this for Kurt. I do not have any problem myself coming back into store, but I would not send my wife there. I would have my wife go to tire trax if she needs tire repaired. Service I receved was good. Brandon was graciuos. Maybe Kurt was having a bad day, If Kurt is like that all the time, I wish you luck keeping customeres coming back in. As always first impressions are the rule, Good bad or ugly.

Customer service was great at first. Now there's a few new guys and they haven't been very Accommodating. I called to have my window fixed they told me to come in Saturday at 7:30 so I did when I got there they were very rude said they were short staffed and didn't have time till later. I went again after this to get my oil changed because it's where I always go and they charged me 52.00. The guy checking me out said why is it 52.00 then asked me if I had coupons I said no. So I won't be going back here again

I was replacing all 4 tires on my 2014 Silverado, Creg discussed several tire options in an effort to meet my requirements - which was very different from the typical "here is the tire you need." I really like the free alignment check - particularly since it indicated a serious need for alignment of which I was not aware. The overall customer satisfaction and the attention to details by Creg and his crew is very professional and pleasant. Thanks for making the experience enjoyable.
