I started with a salesman who knew something then was left with a new salesman who knew little. My tires where under inflated. I did not get the free alignment check.

These guys are great! I went in for an Oil Change, they did a free inspection and a free Alignment check on my vehicle, they even rotated my tire too! I received a call after the service just thanking me for going there.... They didn't even try to sell me anything when they called!

My wife waited an hour and 20 minutes to get a tire plugged. The service was very good but the wait time was terrible. We won't be back to have that done again.

Previous places I had put tires on would hot rod my truck right in front of me and they would take 5 hrs to change 4 tires. I went to Big' o to have my brakes checked. When they treated my truck the way I would and were very friendly I was sold on their service. Because of their good service I choose to purchase tires of which I am very happy with.

This is the second time I have come in to balance and align the tire I purchased from you. Your people are nice but these tires need to stay balanced and ride smoothly or I will have extreme buyer's remorse.

After having a new set of tires placed on my CRV, I had a road trip to Colorado. I noticed that when I had road speeds over 60 mph, the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system indicator) light kept coming on and staying on. I took my CRV to a trusted Honda dealership in Colorado Springs to investigate potential causes. As per the dealership, they indicated that the installation seemed correct, but since they did not install the tires, the dealership could not take the tires off &/or rebalance them in order to look for dirt, or debris that might be causing the TPMS light to come on. I will be contacting your store soon to set up corrective service. Thank-you, Trina Stone

Took an hour and a half for a two tires and an oil change. Then, after all the hype about a free alignment check, they didn't even do one. After I put it on my appointment and spoke to the attendent about the wear to my tires, and the damage I was afraid a bad allignment was having. I had to ask if it had been done,then told if I wanted to wait till they were done with other cars they would be happy too. Quite disappointed with the service, and the amount of charges that are not mentioned in the online quote. I over a $100 more than I had been quoted online.

The store performed the service that I requested without problem, and they did a good job with it. However, the store worker tried to add on other costly services, including a $120 front end alignment on a car with less than 25,000 miles, by scolaring you that something bad could happen even if your not having any problems with the car. I left my previous tire shop because they continually tried to milk more money out of me every time I went in, and unfortunately I will have to do the same with your store if this continues. I simply want the services that I request when I come in.

I needed a flat repaired less than 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon. I was met at the door, tire was finished in less than 20 minutes. Second time here in a month and great service each time.

Had my f250 in because it was pulling badly to the right. Asked to have the front end checked/done at a rather costly price. The truck still pulled the same when i left the lot as when i took it in after an alignment was done. I had to take it to another shop which showed me on the truck that the front tire had a broken belt with metal showing. Basic front end work starts with tires this was not done. This shows to be seemingly a poor business ethic along with a lack of regard for safety. I have had this truck in before for an alignment after having the whole front end replaced but it had new tires at the time and received a print out of what was corrected after the service.

I was told they couldn't check and rotate my tires because they didn't have a wheel lock that fit my wheels. I was then told they could take them off though but would charge me over $100 for labor. The workers were not very helpful and frankly kind of rude. I wasted a coupon on this service because they "couldn't do" all the things that were listed on the coupon. Probably wont come back.

I've been coming to this store since it opened. Numerous services (tires, brakes, oil changes, etc). I came into this store after my work hour to talk about some new tires and a tire repair. Stood in line to get service. While talking to a clerk at the service desk he answered 2 phone calls and put them on hold. As I started to explain what I needed he interrupted me telling me he was going to pick one of the calls back up. This is extremely poor customer service in my opinion. You have a person that took their time to come into the store, ready to commit to a business transaction and then the sales person interrupted me and STOPPED my explanation of what I needed to pick up the phone to answer questions of someone on the phone that may never come in. I expressed my displeasure politely to the person and told them if that's the way you treat in store customers, I'll do business elsewhere. His response? He told me that's my choice and went back to the phone to answer question of the caller and look up prices. He let hundreds if not thousands of dollars in sales walk out the door not to mention no more referrals and the bad PR I'll give the store when asked. I have no idea what happened to the decent people that managed the store when it opened, the management and sales person there now sucks.
