Very disappointed they would not accept my check. Your check approval company sucks. I had thousands of dollars on my account. After my reminder they still forgot to put oil change sticker in my window. I had to go back in and ask them to do it. Yes I will give them another chance.

Everyone in the customer service area was great, however the maintenance member working on my vehicle didn't not show the same level of care toward "MY"� vehicle as I do. He did several things, that with any common knowledge of vehicles, you would definitely not do. Simply because it causes unnecessary stress and wear on a vehicle. I was raised to treat and leave someone else's things with more respect and in better shape than you treat your own. I feel that didn't not happen with my experience. I will not be returning for further services unless I have to for whatever reason. I will also be sure to tell others of my experience.

I came in with a flat and needed a set of tires anyway. My service advisor wanted to fix my flat and didn't try to sell me a new tire right off the bat. I appreciate not being up-sold when a more simple solution is adequate. Glad to have bought a new set of tires here.

They almost sent me without my new tires being put on and it took about 3 hours for the alignment and new tires fine put on... very time consuming!

It was.good. bought 4 tires, got oil changed had the car aligned, and reset the tire pressure sensor light gauge which has been nonfunctional for over 2 years. Nissan couldn't reset so I'm very happy.

Well, they did a good job besides forgetting to change the locking lug nuts with the normal ones. Which I also asked the previous time when I had my tires changed. I had to come back to the shop to have my windshield wiper and radiator fluid toped off. Which makes me think that they are not checking my air filter either. They told me that they would do that in case I need a new one. Although, my vehicle is different. I think their should be more effort to do that. I brought in a Smartcar for two.

I came in due to my van shaking. The manager said they were busy but that he would come out and take a look. I had 9 kids waiting in my van as we were on a trip from Ft. Smith. He looked at my front tires and said they needed reached as they were wearing uneven due to bad shocks. After 1.5 hours I had 2 new front tires. Before leaving I asked if my rear tires were ok and he said that they were fine and the tread was wearing evenly. We left to continue our trip to Bentonville but the shaking was not any better and we had to do 50mph to keep the shaking to a minimum. Upon getting back home we took the van to a shop the next morning, to find out that one of our rear tires was separating and that we were lucky to have made it home.

I was very unhappy that I recently purchased 4 new tires along with a warranty and when I had to replace a tire on that warranty not only did you not have my tire in stock but I was charged $28.00 for installation.

When I went in the store, I was requesting 4 new tires. The first person I spoke with gave me a quote of $419. When I told him I have never paid that much and I would need to think about it. He said nothing. I went to my car and called my husband and went back inside. A different sales person helped and I asked if these were the cheapest option. Nope, he got me a deal of $314. Now why the first sales person didn't offer this when I was saying it was too much money I can only guess it's because he makes commission but I don't know. Maybe he was just too lazy to look for me. Then, I waited a very long time for my service. I bought 4 tires and was told it would take 1 to 1.5 he to complete. I was there for more than 3 hrs and was told my TPMS light would reset after I drove my car. They tried for a while to get it off and were unsuccessful. My light never turned off. However, on a positive note, the sales staff was nice and gave me 4 free oil changes. The prices were the cheapest I found and I was in a situation where I needed them now. In the future if I can avoid it, I would prefer not to return to your store.

Zach Johnson helped me during this particular visit. I had called before I showed up to explain that I had bought tires from the Bentonville location but had a flat that needed repaired so I was asking about using my warranty. He was very friendly and told me to just bring my car on in and they would take care of it. When I walked in, Zach immediately knew who I was and was prompt in assisting me. Me and my friend that came in that day are quite the jokesters and we were giving Zach a hard time all in the name of fun but he was such a good sport about it, lol. The store was kind of busy when we arrived so I left my car there but it still didn't take that long before someone called to let me know my car was ready. The man that was in the store with Zach when I came to get the car was also very friendly but I can't think of his name. I do believe he was a manager, though. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and although I live in Rogers I would consider coming back to this location again for future services :)

I have use Big O for years. Normally the service is awesome. But this last time, it took a solid two hours plus for an oil change ( didnt have the correct filter because it was a new vehicle it's a 2019 Ford F150 ???? ) I could of had it done at the dealership for less money, for some reason, it cost $88.00 at Big O when the dealer charges $45. The only reason I didnt use the dealer because I was short on time, and the dealership always takes longer than Big O. Well....normally takes longer. But as always your staff was super friendly, apologetic for taking so long, always offerd a drink. And the bathroom was spotless. Still like you guys, just kind of dropped the ball this time... just would have liked to know up front it would have taken so long this time.
