Big O Tires

The price for a flat repair was higher then any where else, alot of people there waa getting upset at the inspection when we where there to have something else done, might need to ask the customer if they want that done instead of doing it.

The main reason I haven't gone to a competitor is because of the amazing service I get any time I go see Glenn. He's the reason I've been a customer for 3 to 4 years now. Amazing customer service, I always leave confident that my car has been taken care of

Everyone there at Big O Tires were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I wasn't without my vehicle for more than one day. I truly appreciate all the hard work each of them did to ensure my car was working properly.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Had a small issue with a dust cover on our brakes but the staff fixed it in a timely manner with a smile.

I was pulling a horse trailer with a horse in it and it was over 100 degrees and one of my tires was coming apart I first pulled into WalMart to replace the tire after an hour wait they told me they had no tires. I was told about Big O Tires from customer he told me how to get there. I pulled into the parking lot with my horse and trailer, I went in the store and the young man had just what I needed, but said it would be an hour wait before they could put the tire on my trailer, I replied I have a horse in that trailer and explained what had happened earlier, he then said let me see what I can do he went out to the shop came back told me to pull the trailer up by the bays the gentleman in the back immediately came over and pulled my tire off and put the new one on so that my horse did not have to stand in the heat. I went in and thanked them for all their help I also tried to give the gentleman a tip he said No I was just trying to help you out and do my job. I was so impressed with their services I will go back and buy 3 more new tires for my trailer. Thank you Big O Tires.

They did not notify me when they were done providing the service I needed. I had to call.

i had purchased two new tires previously and had gotten the warranty for a year on the aliment. when i stopped to have my oil changed i informed the customer service gentleman that i was experiencing some bouncing or such when i was going between the speed 45 to 50 and 65 to 70 so i thought they would check this when they were done changing my oil but nothing was done. i started to say something but one of the men were in the office with a customer and the other one was real busy with people coming in so i just paid and left. i may stop by again and mention it again and see what they do.

I'm a Big O fan. I've purchased tires for all three of my vehicles there. However, my most recent experience there was marred by inattention to detail. I went in for a tire rotation and alignment. That occurred and was satisfactory. They recommended a serpentine belt replacement. I said ok. After a long delay I over heard them discussing that they had forgotten about me. They do get to it. Yet, I inspected the belt and discovered it was not installed correctly. Upon bringing it to their attention they made it right. I'll continue using Big O, just maybe not that location.

These guys are the best. Always fast and honest. I will continue to come back.

Car sat on the rack untouched for almost a half hour. Was not asked if I wanted a free alignment check, it was just done and they tried to upscale me. Wanted an oil change and tire rotation. That was it. Took way too long.

Both gentlemen that helped me were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that I wasn't pressured into getting a high cost product that I didn't want. They were super busy and warned me that it would take a couple of hours but to my surprise was done in a little over an hour. Definitely impressed and will be taking my car back for other services as well as recommend them to friends and family.

I got suggested pretty much an entire front end rebuild for $1000+ when I knew all it really needed is a new idler and pitman arm. Inexperienced tech, young guy, I could tell he tried, I get it. Felt vaguely like an up-sail

The technicians explained on easy terms what was wrong with vehicle and made me fill confident that they could fix my vehicle and do a good job. They met all my expectations of them.
