Great job!!

Friendly, very fast service. Let me know about any issues/problems that may be associated with tires, alignment, ect. Very knowledgeable, couldn't ask for better service. And the tires I purchased two years ago (Big O) brand are holding up nicely.

I had an issue. But Glen the store manager is going to be taking care of it.

I used a competitor for years decided to check out Big O Tires and I was very pleased . I will use them in the future a lot better service than my long used tire dealer .

Had a set of BFG's that needed balanced after polishing. Was late in the day so they told me it would most likely be the next business day before they would be ready. Got a call the next business day and all is good. Thanks.

I have been to this store multiple times and all has been perfect. This time around there was a major error where my lug nuts were not tighten properly and as I left my wheel fell off and I had to have a tow truck bring me back. I still rate the experience as 5 star as Glen the manager handled every detail with class and professionalism. We all have mistakes or errors, but the recovery from those differ from place to place. This is the second time I have watched (and in this case be part of) and incident where Glen has gone above and beyond to make things work out for everyone. I will continue to use this location for all 3 of my vehicles going forward and appreciate the effort that was made to correct the error.

These guys are great! They did mess up recording the correct mileage, but that's not a huge deal. The price was fair and the service good. Will be taking my Lexus back to them for all services.

Fast friendly service

We had one episode of the car not starting and a previous mechanic had told us we needed a new battery. He didn't sell them, so we contacted AutoZone. They couldn't put it in because it had a cover, but recommended Big O Tires. They repeated the tests that had already been done and concluded that there was a lot of life still in the battery. I have no way of knowing who was right, so I didn't want to rate on that part. I asked for a new battery because this one was 5 years old and a new battery was probably as cheap as a tow. Friendly, helpful service that got right on the job. It took a little longer because they repeated the tests, but I appreciate the fact that they were trying to save me money.

The store manager went out of his way to correct the issue we had with the store. I put new tires on in Dec 2018 and came up with 3 bald tires Aug 2019. Between Jan and April 2019 there were many discrepancies as to if the car needed aligned or not. Because we were told by mechanics at big O that it did not need alignment several times when it did, our tires went bald in less than a year. The store manager took care of us this time and they did a great job. Also, Woodrow was very nice as he drove me to work and picked me up the day that I was having the work done. His customer service skills are impeccable. I only rated product knowledge and expertise low because I feel some of the mechanics need further training on tire alignment this issue could have been avoided.

I stopped in to get my tires rotated and they were able to get my car in quickly. The waiting room was comfortable and clean and the staff was polite and pleasant to deal with. When I went to get into my car, I was impressed to see the mechanic removing a plastic cover on the steering wheel, leather seat, and floor mat! I am thinking about getting my oil changed here next time since I had such a good experience.
