It a alright place

Chase was great at getting me fixed up. I work nights in the emergency room and it was important that I got things done quickly and correctly. We had one little mix up but they corrected it without hesitation.

I was pleased with the courteous service I received at my first visit for changing the coolant in my pickup. When I paid for the service I asked about the freeze point after the system had been flushed and and changed. He guessed that it would be around 30 or 40 below. Afterward I had the freeze point checked at home. The present level is a minus 25 degrees and boiling point of 225. I would have felt more confident with accurate reading given with the service. My hopes are for this to be helpful in the future. I plan to return for future needs.

I had an appointment for an oil change at around lunch time and the store was quite busy. The service took a little longer than I'm used to but when my car was ready the man who checked me out (I can't remember his name. Maybe it was Greg? Or Gary?) was so kind and apologized for my wait and took $10 off my total! I purchased my tires at Big O and always come to this store to get my car serviced (I've gotten oil changes, new windshield wipers, and a couple of other things fixed) because they are so friendly. I never feel pressured to buy or do something extra and that they are honest about what is going on with my car. I love my Big O Tires store and always tell my friends that is where they should buy their next set of tires. :)

The sales man tried to disprove proven theories to me about inert gasses inside tires. Nobody appreciates a know it all who doesn't know what they're talking about.

Manager informed me of a special for better tires than i was about purchase for only a little more than the other tires i had planned on purchasing. Was thankful that he did and tires were mounted and balanced shortly after dropping vehicle off.

The guy at the front named Chase was a super nice and cool guy. Very polite and respectful. Got me a good deal! 5 stars

Had front and rear brakes done. Was a bit on the high side of price than other shops by about $60. They did a good job service and parts wise. Should be a little more competitive on prices charged.

David and the two others that helped me were absolutely amazing and Very patient with me .

This visit actually has two parts. The initial visit and service was not a great experience, however, I returned the next day, talked with Glenn and expressed my concerns. He was very polite, accepted that the visit was not up to standard and proceeded to correct the errors to my satisfaction. Although it required three visits to get everything done right, I do appreciate that he did make things right and that he appreciated the opportunity to do so. It is easy to run home and write a snarky review, but it far better to address the issues and let the business correct them. No one is perfect and everyone deserves the chance to make things right.

I made an appointment to have my rear brakes and rotors replaced and my truck serviced for an upcoming 12 day trip. As always, Brandon was on top of everything. The repair and service process went smooth and actually took less time than I planned.

The customer service is top notch. I prefer the Fayetteville location over Springdale

Service was excellent. I arrived early and I was in and out in what seemed like just a few minutes. Their product knowledge helped me decided the tires that would best suit my needs.
