Big O Tires

I had to buy new tire and was pleased with price and the service. my wait was comfortable in the waiting area everyone was courteous and friendly... they acted as if I was only one in store and wanted to make sure I was satisified with the results.

I'm always pleased with my service I receive the guys explain to me what the problem is and give me a couple of options of how they can fix my problem and give me a print out!

While they did eventually replace my battery after checking they didn't question the observed test results based on the input from the customer provided. There wasn't really a recommendation provided as to the reason for the low battery voltage, just that the battery needed charging. The customer had to propose the course of action to replace the battery due to a probable defect in the installed unit. The battery was changed out promptly and accurately. Staff very friendly and courteous.

The Big O Tires Fayetteville Arkansas is a place to trust for car repairs. My Tesla 3 had a rear tire that was leaking air. It took the guys in a little time to find it but they did and the repair was completed in short order. No high pressure to perform any other work (I did ask them to rotate and balance the tires) or purchase merchandise. I was treated professionally and courteousfrom start until finish. Thanks to everyone at the Big "0"� shop for getting me safely back on the road!

Brandon always takes good care of my vehicles and service. I am actually heading back again this morning to service a second vehicle. The new employee, Zach, has a smart mouth and could learn a lot more about customer service and how to greet, look at and speak to the general public.

My tires still are not smooth on the road.

I needed my tires rotated and wheel alignment adjusted but didn't have an appointment and was going to schedule one but clerk offered to go ahead and do that same day which I truly appreciated

The manager had to pull vehicle back near air-hose after service was complete, as tire pressure wasn't checked though the tires were rotated. I do appreciate the non-hesitation of the store manager to do this at my request, as tire pressure was low.

Other then not being a central data base and minor communication error all was resolved quickly and they did a great job

I am always greeted when I come in, especially by Brandon. I am a multiple vehicle, repeat customer. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the amount of time it takes for the service, but I am fine with the quality instead of speed.

Other location in Springdale couldn't fit me so they called and referred my vehicle to Fayetteville one. They were delighted to receive me and had an earlier spot available. Process and repair was smooth, fast, and easy. While waiting I offered drinks and refreshments in the lobby. I will come back especially after being offered couple years of free alignment checks and service was reasonable.

Slow, took 3 hours to change tires. But they made sure to do all the special stuff I requested.

The waiting Room chairs and tables were dirty they had stuck on food or child sno't
