Everything was perfectly done: quick, complete and committed to my experience. Sometimes you take excellent service as a simple expectation, but in fact, these folks are just that way all the time. There is a pride level in that store that was really nice to see.

Did not make an appointment but staff was able to get me in right away. Service techs completed new tire installation quickly and professional. Over all experience was excellent.

Most friendly and professional service

Chase was gave excellent customer service from start to finish. He explained the long wait time an. d even offered for me to leave my vehicle. I explained the urgent nature of my visit and had no other choice but to wait. Chase didn't place me above anyone as everyone has equal value as a customer. I didn't have an appointment and expected to have to wait. Chase assured me that he would do his best to take care of me ASAP but they were BUSY! Chase went ahead and got all the preliminary approvals from our fleet management company and was ready to go as soon as it was my turn. My turn arrived sooner than expected and this can only be because of qualified and efficient technicians. I was blessed to receive two of those techs as I had one for tires and one for the brakes and rotors. This team took great care of me and got me home safely after my 2 hour drive home. YES I was there for a while but it's because they are extremely busy! Why are they busy BECAUSE OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPETENT SERVICE TECHNICIANS!

Great Service! They changed oil/filter cheaper than other places. They checked alignment and suggested (not pressured) corrections.

This location was very open and positive employees. The oil change was quickly done. My wait time was short. And my family always choose a big o tires for their reasonable prices.

Your employee Woodrow needs to stop hitting on young girls. This is the second time he has done this to me. He gave me his number and said "if you and your friends ever want to come over for dinner"�. Not appropriate whatsoever.
