Big O Tires

I was passing threw while traveling and had gotten a nail in my tire not knowing any places around I pulled in to this location. The man working was able to get me back on the road again in no time and was really helpful and pleasant. Thanks for the awesome personal you have working there will highly recommend.

Well I had went to Walmart and bought tires but couldn’t get the lock nuts off so they sent me to bingo to have them taken off but when your salesman came to look at my tires he said he could beat Walmarts deal so I bought from big o rather than Walmart so you’ll have my business from now on thank you big o

Other than a number of unexpected but real problems that caught me by surprise and greatly hurt financially, the mechanics did great repairs. Friendly staff.

The technician, Nathan, did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle to determine the cause of the issue it was having. Although there are still issues, it is NOT due to his ability. Nathan explained his recommendation and was apologetic that Big O was not able to complete all services that my vehicle needs.

I've been to several similar stores such as Firestone, but this was the best service & most satisfying experience I've had. From now on this Big O Tire shop will get all my business & I'll tell everyone to go there.

I'm always pleased with my service I receive the guys explain to me what the problem is and give me a couple of options of how they can fix my problem and give me a print out!

I made my appointment request online and was called within 30 minutes. Justin was very polite on the phone and knowledgeable about what I needed. he provided a good recommendation and when I asked for options told me the price difference. When I got there for my appointment, they were able to get me in early and I was in and out within an hour.

The Big O Tires Fayetteville Arkansas is a place to trust for car repairs. My Tesla 3 had a rear tire that was leaking air. It took the guys in a little time to find it but they did and the repair was completed in short order. No high pressure to perform any other work (I did ask them to rotate and balance the tires) or purchase merchandise. I was treated professionally and courteousfrom start until finish. Thanks to everyone at the Big "0"� shop for getting me safely back on the road!

Tremaine was very nice. He explained everything very good. When a problem acured Tremaine came explained why it happened and was very apologetic. It was no fault of Josh or Tremaine and gave me a discount and a free oil change since my appt started at 9 but due to unforseen circumstances lasted untill almost noon. For that reason alone I will be back. I'd like to thank Tremaine and Josh for a job well done.
