Big O Tires

These guys are simply amazing! I was in an emergency (needed to be at a wedding that night an hour away) and needed a new battery. I called and the employee that answered said he would change the battery himself, saying that he had a wedding in November and completely understood. Will always use Big-O!

I always go to big o tires for oil changes and other tire related services because that’s where I bought my tires. This time I got an alignment and didn’t realize it was going to be $200+ so I just wish I had know before hand that was going to be expensive. I feel that all other services are priced fairly

This was my first time to visit Big O Tires and I was very impressed! It was very easy to schedule an appointment at a time that worked for me. I also appreciate the friendliness and honesty of the staff. I will definitely be back!

Easy to deal with, fast and friendly service.

I scheduled an oil change, but brought my own oil and oil filter. After the service, I was returned the extra 1/2qt of unused oil, as I requested. The bottle was shockingly oil/drip free and was wrapped in a walmart bag just incase it leaked. Was very satisfied with the way this location handled customer provided oil changes.

Check in was fast and easy. Alignment was done free due to honoring the warranty from past alignments. I was happy with the service and the interaction with the sales crew.

Service was good. Work on my tire repair began about an hour after my appointment. Tire repair was covered under warranty which was great. Associate was helpful.
