Big O Tires

I requested a tire that wasn't standard on my vehicle. They had it in stock and tried it on my car to make sure it fit. I am extremely happy to find the tires that I wanted at a very reasonable price.

had nail in tire. had to be 30 mi away at 8 am. called nite before, made appointment with very helpful associate. came @ 7. done at 7:30. made appointment!

The entire team at the MLK Big O was very professional, courteous and responsive. My inspection was done quickly and they discovered a screw lodged in my tire. The repair was done under road hazard plan... SURE GLAD I GOT IT! Also, got tires rotated AND rebalanced under the same plan! Thank You for getting me back on the road with safe equipment! The people here are always so friendly and eager to help. They take the time to explain any issues with my vehicle, as well as make recommendations for when I need to have something else serviced soon or in the future. I feel as though I can trust them with my services and they will not overcharge nor take advantage of my lack of knowledge related to my vehicle; which is the direct result of me continuing to come back for all my future needs.

Joseph was incredibly helpful. They were out of stock with the tire I was looking for, but he was able to point me in the direction of a comparable tire that also had a buy 3 get 1 free special. They were able to get my tires changed in a timely manner and the tires look great!

They were able to repair a flat tire on my son's car with very little notice. The service was reasonably priced and the wait wasn't too long. They offered coffee and a clean place to sit while I waited.

I had a flat and work in Bentonville. After driving to and calling around to several places that were to 'busy' to try to help me that night or even the next day, I pulled into Big O tires just as they were closing. They went above and beyond to help me, staying several minutes late to look at my flat and get me a quote for a new tire. They let me leave my tire so the tech could start working on it as soon as he clocked in so I could get to work on time the next morning. I was very impressed how they showed exceptional customer service and if I could give them a 10 out of 5 I would, because they exceeded my expectatons and went out of their way and earned a lifetime customer- I will definately be using you and telling all my friends to as well. I was very happy with how quickly you all got my car in and how quickly you got it serviced. I was also impressed with the pricing of my service, the communication/sociability of the staff, and the niceness of the location in general.

I had went to multiple tire dealers and this establishment had the best prices for the service. The Manager, Stephen Mars, and his associates are knowledgable and courteous. I'll b making a come back 2 these gentlemen. They treat you like Family.
