Big O Tires

I'm glad my dad and I'd found " BIG O Tires" I've never, in my life, had such a great bargain getting new tires. I even had an alignment and oil change for about $562. I was really sweating it. They made it very easy to decide.

We arrived at Big-O one hour before they closed. We needed an oil change and a tire rotation. They were able to put two service man on the vehicle and we got both the oil change done and the tire rotation and an alignment check all within about 30 minutes

Great experience and got done exactly what I needed with great conversation to understand what I was doing with a spacer kit. Older truck had some strut rusting and explained and probably saved my son from a lot of trouble when he goes off to school. Will use Big O tires in Fayetteville and my man Glen! Called and re-checked that we were satisfied the next day. This is how servicing your vehicle should be!

Originally I just bought tires, they recommended a lesser cost tire that came with a flat warranty for the type of use I would need. Due to my job, I had to have my front end replaced. I brought these guys an entire after market front end replacement, expecting them to tell me they couldn't do anything for me. What I got instead was truly extraordinary! They took my parts, shaved off a TON of labor, and kept me in the loop the entire way!! I NEVER take my car to be worked on, because I dont trust them, you always need new, more, latest high end parts! These guys are super genuine, and even when I didn't have one part correct, they made it work and told me what I needed!!! I only had 1 day I could spare for car work and they got me in and made my jeep work better than I could've ever dreamed! I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any front end or tire work you need done!!

Curt and the other staff members have been fantastic to work with! They have gone out of their way to assist my family and my legal assistant. And you picked a great location for a store.

I scheduled an appointment online for the same day to repair a tire. My appointment did not show up on their system even though I had an email confirmation. They quickly made adjustments to get my car in to honor the appointment time. As I waited in the lobby, I was impressed with all the customer service taking place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful to all customers that came and went and even on the phone. I complimented the staff before leaving. The service was quick. The price was a little high but I am willing to pay that for the quality of service and care.

Car servicing is not my favorite thing to do but this wasn't bad.

Went in today because my tire pressure lights came on. The young man who helped me named Chase filled up my tires and expressed concern that one of the tires was leaking excess air. He had the tire inspected for damage while I waited. He reported that the tire had a broken valve stem and replaced it free of charge. Chase also noted that my broke rotors had grooves which would eventually need to be replaced. He wrote up a quote with no pressure to sell and told me to be on the lookout for coupons. I would definitely seek out Chase again at this location if I want confidence in the work and great customer service.

Glenn and his associates are a wonderful team. They are always pollite and greet you when you walk in the door and are ready to help.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. I take all my cars there and I trust them when they say something needs to be fixed and the prices are very reasonable.
