Big O Tires

Friendly and quick my two favorite things in the whole world. I had a slow leaking tire, pulled in to see if they could help and they jumped right on it and I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Very reasonably priced for a tire repair. I will definitely use them again since they have a mechanic on sight also.

Been coming here for about 2 years. Honestly I have taken my car everywhere you can think of but this is the cleanest location and has the absolute nicest staff. I brought my care in for multiple issues, new spark plugs, new coil packs, new oil pressure sensor, timing sensor & an oil change. I left my care and it was done overnight and well under the price Cadillac quoted me. The car has NEVER RAN BETTER and what keeps me coming back is people like Chase, he knows me and my car by name and by now I know I can trust their recommendations. They are not pushy, just let me know what they recommend and always take care of it within 1 visit. My car honest to goodness runs BETTER than it did when I bought it used in 2015. They will text me if I miss a call and allow me to text them back with what other repairs I may think of that I want to get done. I cant imagine getting any better service and value for my vehicle. I have started having my girlfriend do all her service here too and she is as happy as I am. Thanks Big O, appreciate all you guys do.

Great place a little concerned about the turn over rate of employees never see the same guys

The guys made it easy to get what I wanted and had a clean waiting area. Pointed out an issue I wouldn't have known about and got it fixed at the same time.. The check out process was fast and way as well.

Everyone was so friendly. 45 minutes from the time we got there. We left with 4 new tires and a oil change. Great service!

The staff is always friendly and nice. They always keep me updated throughout the process and suggests other needed service if needed. I never feel pressured, but they keep me informed of what is needed for service for all my vehicles.

I needed a flat repaired less than 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon. I was met at the door, tire was finished in less than 20 minutes. Second time here in a month and great service each time.

They got my alignment done (Tesla model X) no one else in town would touch it. Wish I’d found Big O sooner. Even the Tesla arrive center in Tulsa was unable to align because of equipment problems. Thank you Bog O

I was replacing all 4 tires on my 2014 Silverado, Creg discussed several tire options in an effort to meet my requirements - which was very different from the typical "here is the tire you need." I really like the free alignment check - particularly since it indicated a serious need for alignment of which I was not aware. The overall customer satisfaction and the attention to details by Creg and his crew is very professional and pleasant. Thanks for making the experience enjoyable.

Since this location opened, I have bought tires there, had alignments done, tires patched and rotated. They have great deals. The staff is very frindly and they are normally very quick. They always let me know where I am at as far as maintenance with their inspections. They also offer free rotations and tire patches if you get the tires there, which is also great. I do a lot of driving so it's very nice to have a second set of eyes and help to keep me on the road.
