Big O Tires

Made appointment same day. To get 4 tires, filters and oil change took an hour and a half. Quick and efficient and am no longer hydroplaning. I don't know anything about cars but the experience was painless and easy!

Honesty

Dropped off a flat for repair and received a text about an hour later saying it was ready for pickup. Great service.

Friendly and good service

Had a problem with the new pads and rotors making a grinding noise when driving. Took the car back had a bent dust cover and they replaced the brake pads and rotors at no charge.

Brought a flat in to get fixed. In and out easy service. Not complicated or overly wordy. They were super busy and still had it fixed in the time they said it would be.

Quick and helpful, will come back again.

These guys are great! I went in for an Oil Change, they did a free inspection and a free Alignment check on my vehicle, they even rotated my tire too! I received a call after the service just thanking me for going there.... They didn't even try to sell me anything when they called!

The customer service from the staff was excellent. They were friendly on the phone and when I was in the store. When they called to tell me that my tire tread was getting low they were fine when I answered I wanted to wait to buy new tires. Overall it was a great experience and I will be a repeat customer.
