Very helpful and great service.

I am always satisfied by this locations customer service and product availability. The store manager is always so helpful. There was one time that they stayed there until my ride could arrive cause cars tires weren’t going to be done, something they didn’t have to do.

Everything went good with the repair work. Your manager Is very knowledgeable about the type of service work I needed. They diddnt check my tire pressure like i asked but no big deal. Thank you!

I found myself in a situation where I had to replace my tires (it's a long story). It was a Saturday and they were really busy. But, they had my size tires in stock and were able to install my tires, lift kit, and do an alignment in one afternoon.

They gave me an estimated time for my oil change. They completed it before the estimated time. My time is very important to me. I have scheduled appointments and I appreciate them respecting my time..

Dropped off a tire to repair but as the sidewall was cut, I had to replace it which Big O did very promptly so I could be on my way.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the store was very clean and they got me in an out in a timely manner and the pricing was great

This was a first visit to a big o I was pleased to find out how easy they made it for this old guy to get what I needed done hassel free. Because of this they'll get my oil change business next. I do hope they continue to make my second visit as easy as the first. Here's hoping 😊
