Big O Tires

Great service. Took me home while I waited.

My vehicle was taken in at the appointment time and even though the work took a bit longer than expected the tire was fixed at the price I was told

Big O has exceeded my expectations each time, with each different vehicle. They were going to put a sensor on one vehicle to fix a gauge, but then found out the old one just needed cleaning. This saved me money and was appreciated, whereas other places would have gone the more expensive route. Then, I was in a bind the other day in the rain when my wipers suddenly tangled together and broke. I drove straight to Big O, and the guys fixed me right up so that I could drive in the rain. It's so reassuring to know where to go when mechanical issues arise! They have my tire AND mechanical business from now on.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they were very informative on any maintenance my car needed, and did a good job on the oil change.

I had a slow leaking tire. They got me in and out quickly even without an appointment. He people are always friendly. I am glad they are my main shop for all my cars.

Needed a flat repaired and stopped in the Fayetteville location early morning. They had it in the shop within a few minutes of pulling in the lot and had me back out an on my way in a reasonable amount of time. I've been here several times before and have always had good service.

really like this store, I told them what I needed to be fix on my truck, and they got right on it, and fix ever thing I mention to them that needed to be fix, very please with the service and and the cost to fix my truck, I will be back ,also they have the tires you need for your auto, so I will buy my tires there also ,please check their service out, you will not be disappointed

Those guys are great. I think they could use a store about twice the size though.

Always pleased by this place however I got a new tire and asked if they could check the presssure in my back left tire since it was low last time I checked and I do not think they did since I checked it after and it was still low.
