Big O Tires

I took my daughters HHR in for tires, drove in on a spare. I had called for a quote and brand of tire. Service was quick and easy. No one was pushy. The service tech was quick and did a good job.

The customer service was awesome. Explained everything to me. He also was very funny made it a very pleasant time while I was there.

We received excellent service--knowledgeable and friendly.

Everything went as pland

Purchased new wheels and tires from big o and was having an issue with them being balanced. Made sure the correct the problem and find the issue.

Made a drop off appointment for tires ,went in and had no problem! They were polite and called me when done

Fastest service ever. It only took 15 minutes for a flat to be fixed.

The guys were GREAT, it was almost closing and they were extremely backed up, but had to get a new tire for my dads van. Both service advisors were out in the shop helping the technicians to get the job done!!
