Courteous service of on-vehicle tires.

I needed the oil changed and my car smelled a little like antifreeze and there was a clicking noise underneath. Turns out there was a hole in the radiator and one of the CV axles needed to be replaced. They replaced both the radiator and CV axle on the spot and the total bill was much more affordable that I thought it would be. Great Job!

I love big O! I know I probably pay a bit more but to me the service is worth it and I never mind coming to them for my tire/oil needs!

Great customer service. Every big O shop I've been to across the USA has been a positive experience! Great tire warranties. No BS when there's an issue. They just take care of it no matter what. I had a wierd chain of events last week. I ran over a load of nails on the highway catching 3 tires. Plugged the 3 tires. The next day pulled up to a construction site where someone spilled a box of screws. I ended up with screws in all 4 tires. Had to only plug 3 screws. Had 57k miles on the tires with 7/32 still worth of tread.. They replaced all 4 tires with no issues even though was close to warranty mileage. Every tire had shoulder damage. Reason for replacement
