Pulled into Finance Office next door and noticed my tire had gone flat, was able to get worked in and get it patched because it was such a small hole !! Very good tire man and fast !! Everybody was real nice, and there used to be a drill sergeant that ran the place a few years back who only wanted to gouge your eyes out, much easier going crew now and much more comfortable !!

As a woman, it's nearly impossible to find an honest, respectful shop for my car needs. However, this location always treats me with respect and dignity and doesn't offer me unnecessary services. I won't use anywhere else from here on out.

As a "little old lady" I have been treated dismissively in other repair establishments from time to time. All of your people were respectful and very professional, which was greatly appreciated. Also, I mentioned a recent experience braking for a deer and had a question about my braking system. One of your people did a great job answering the question. His kindness made my day better./ In the survey I did not give a 10 for recommending Big O in the next 30 days because I don't usually randomly tell people they need to go to car repair places. However, if someone mentions they need to go, I would definitely suggest Big O.

Got my truck fixed before I broke my engine even tho they said once they put oil but went back and they never did. Not the first time they don’t put oil on a oil change but it’s all be free

This was my first time to a Big O tire store. The staff were easy to work with and very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will be buying all my tires from them in the future. While in the store waiting to get my truck aligned and four new tires installed, I observed a situation between the staff and two difficult customers, a mother and a daughter, that treated the staff with aggressive, arrogant and hostile behavior. The staff went out of their way to diffuse the situation and get the issue resolved, even though the work was not covered by the tire warranty, as it was not purchased. I was impressed with the staff handing the difficult customers and told them after the two customers left the store.

I got right in for alignment The store was clean and staff was knowledgeable and professional. Prices on tires was good so I went back the next day and bought set of tires.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I scheduled an appointment late in he day on Tuesday. I called the location to verify availability of the tires and spoke with a very nice lady who checked inventory so that I could purchase tires the following morning. She had well communicated the information so that when I checked in, all was in order. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was kept informed of the service progress. The prices were comparable to other places. The staff, however, is the best asset of his location. Very nice and friendly customer service.

I went in for new tires and they did a full inspection of my truck. They found a few things that needed attention and the gentleman explained everything in detail without trying to go over my head. They didn't try to pressure me into buying anything I didn't need and were very courteous throughout the whole thing. Love the customer service and quality of work! I found my new location for all of my truck needs.

Great communication and they found a way to save me some money on the repairs I needed done.
