Oil change great job they did

Tremaine (Trey) was very helpful and personable at the front desk and over the phone. My appt was scheduled for 12p. I dropped my car off early around 0830a, and by 10a they called and had already diagnosed. By 10:30a, my car was serviced and ready for pick up. Most of all, the problem I went in for was resolved! Trey also indicated a few watch outs that's I will need to take care of in the near future, which was helpful.

This Big O Tire location is the BEST! They are always informative about what needs to be repaired on my cars. Their prices for oil changes are more reasonable than surrounding shops.

With the time crunch we were on to get these tires replaced in time for my daughter to move out of her dorm and back on the highway to McKinney, Big O made it super convenient and easy. Hassle free and professional even the competition down the road couldn’t do it until the day of move out! Great job Big O!!

Well I had went to Walmart and bought tires but couldn’t get the lock nuts off so they sent me to bingo to have them taken off but when your salesman came to look at my tires he said he could beat Walmarts deal so I bought from big o rather than Walmart so you’ll have my business from now on thank you big o

The technician, Nathan, did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle to determine the cause of the issue it was having. Although there are still issues, it is NOT due to his ability. Nathan explained his recommendation and was apologetic that Big O was not able to complete all services that my vehicle needs.
