Left my pickup to get my tires rotated and balanced and an alignment check. When I got home to Siloam Springs I noticed that the tires on the driver side had not been rotated and the other side had been. I went back the next morning to get the drivers side rotated and waited over an hour and finally told them to give me my keys and that I couldn't wait all day for them to correct their mistake. I will never be going back. Need some employees with a few people skills

Brake Fluid was overfilled, tire pressures were unequal and below manufacturer's specs, alignment was never checked even though I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup. The vehicle was dripping fluid on the ground at pickup, I believe this was brake fluid that ran out the top and onto the engine. Nothing that happened on this trip inspired confidence in me passing this vehicle to my wife and daughter for a 5 hour trip.

They charged me for the tire warranty and didn't even tell me until after they ran it through. I asked for a refund and got somewhat of a run around. Not the honesty I would expect. Likely I won't go back for my next set of tires. That ruined an otherwise good experience.

They didn't have my correct size tire, so they sent me to a competitor and then put them on my truck for a discount.Fantastic group over there.

I have had nothing but bad experiences at your Bentonville location. There have been at least 6 times when my mileage was "accidently" written down incorrectly (several times a couple thousand miles were added to my actual mileage). I've also come in several times and not had my visit recorded within your system. I've also been lied to about having warranties on my tires when I had the receipt in hand and overall had experiences that leave a rotten taste in my mouth. If it wasn't for the current warranties I hold on the tires I purchased there; I would not be a customer. Everyone that I have mentioned Big O Tires to has shared the same sentiment. I absolutely believe that your team goes out of their way to pull fast ones on women clientele and I would not have half of the problems I have with your Shop if I were a male.

They reset my oil reader to 3000 miles. I was told by the gentleman that helped me it was 5000 miles. I could not rest my oil gauge The service was extremely fast!

I did not approve of the scare tactics the manager used to try and upsell extended warranties on the tires at checkout. He also repeatively told me I would not receive a $70 Michelin rebate that I was promised unless I purchased the extended warranty, which was not a true statement.

Ok my tire purchase was grate no problem. But i went to get an alignment done and one of the mechanics was obviously not happy about working on my truck so i told the service writer my concern and he told me he couldn't lower the price. I said i dont want that i want you to ge my truck out of there im not having someone that dose not want to work on my truck to be working on my truck. He had very unprofessional body language you could obviously tell he was unhappy my truck was pulling up for him to work on and i just spent 1500 on tires 2 days before so im very unhappy with this situation

Bought new tires at Big 'O so I go there for oil changes and tire rotation. The first oil change resulted in a leak. Brought it back and it was a bad seal from the oil filter. Second trip to have rotation and oil change resulted in another oil leak. I saw a plate size pool of oil in my garage floor and found the oil pan nut so loose I could easily turn it with my fingers. I took care of this as it was simple enough. Third time to give them a shot last week. When I got home and opened my glove box, the cover for the cabin filter was in there. It's very easy to snap into place, so I have not idea why it would have been left in the glove box. I dropped the glove box and put in back into place. There will be no fourth try, I'll pay to have my tires rotated elsewhere.

I have damage to all 4 wheels that I pointed out to the sales person. I was told to come back the following day so the manager could inspect the damage. Returned the following day and met with the manager. Pictures taken and a promise from the manager to provide me with additional information to remedy the situation. 3 business days later and still no phone call from the manager. I guess they think I will just forget about it. Piss poor customer service. Yes, employees make mistakes. That does not make for a bad store. Management response to those mistakes make for a good customer experience. After all, you are in the business for 2 things: sell tires at a reasonable cost and provide excellent customer service. There was even a display in the store touting Big O's commitment to the customer. I was sold 4 tires at a resonable price. I have not received anything close to good customer service. 3 business days ago, I would have accepted an appology and partial compensation for the wheels. I will now accept full compensation for the retail price of the wheels, compensation for time away from work, and compensation for my time spent since the original installation appointment. I look forward to your response. My next stops will be the better business bureau and the local chamber of commerce. Regards Lynn Monroe

I went in for a specific tire and they only had three of the four left in stock. Anthony went ahead and got the shop started on the three while he drove to Springdale and back for the fourth. I was done in just over an hour and they look great. Thanks guys!
