First off did not have my replacement tire so had to order, exceptable, was told it would be in on the truck by the end of the week. Called that morning was told still waiting for the truck but should be there any minute, couple hours later called again nope still waiting we had been on vacation that week and had stuff we wanted to do. Couple hours later called to ask if the truck was going to be there that day was told our tire was there. Sat there waiting for the tire, then was told it wasn't they had to reorder. So 4 days later tire was in. they then told me MY TIRE HAD BEEN THERE,THEY JUST DIDN'T SEE IT IT WAS PUT IN THE WRONG SPOT so I waiting there for about an hour, then was told my filters needed to be changed they were very dirty so I said ok. Another hour i asked how long it would be they said they were waiting for it TO BE DELIVERED. They said they dont keep them in stock and had to have them delivered told them to put my old one back on they said they were in the trash and more dirty. About another hour I had my car. Went to leave and my car would not start had to get a new battery, never had any car problems before, but then had to go get a new battery. The only reason I was getting my tire there was i had the warrenty. PRETTY MUCH MESSED WITH MY VACATION.

The guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a oil change and tire rotation done and it was at a great price as well. Unfortunately, I saw some awesome looking all-terrains and I think I'm going to have to upgrade the tires on my truck pretty soon! Thank you for the awesome experience!

Their bigfoot AT tires are the poorest excuse for a load range E tire on the market. Plus their mileage warranty is a bunch of smoke and mirrors. I wont get 35k out of mine. I will go back to a quality tire elsewhere.

if it wasn't for the road hazard protection i wouldn't have gone back for the rotation. my oil change price was misquoted by $20, there was no communication between 2 of the employees on what i was doing and how to handle the transaction when finished. they called to let me know it was completed. when i returned the call i was hung up on. picking up my car, the glove box was left hanging open (i know they were searching for the wheel lock) but that's no excuse. this isn't my first bad experience but it will be the last.

This was my first visit to Big O Tires and while your service attendants in the store were courteous and professional I still had to wait 5 hours for new tires to get mounted. I had a 9 o'clock appointment and didn't get out until about 2 pm. I was thinking about moving my business from Goodyear to your store but after my experience I'm not sure I'll be back. I can't wait around for 5 hours to have my vehicle serviced. I also use Mobil 1 full synthetic for my truck and your attendant said I would need to bring my own oil if I scheduled an oil change.

I had all four tires balanced and rotated on my pickup. Left the store, drove home < 4 miles... tire pressure for the four tires read on a digital gauge 37, 46, 55 and 61. Tire store not paying attention to simple things like air pressure would make me believe they don't do a good job at anything car related.

I had a slow leak in my rear tire and I noticed while driving in front of this store. I stopped to see if they could work me in and when I entered the store there were two store employees talking about fishing and one associate that was asleep in the front chair. I waited for about a minute when the person asleep woke up and asked I needed something and I told him I had a leak in my rear tire. He entered my information and told me it would be about 45 minutes. I had already arranged someone to pick me up and I waited in the lobby. The associate walked back over to the chairs and went back to sleep while I waited. I wasn't sure why it would take 45 minutes since two employees were talking and one was asleep in the lobby. I picked up my car and went on a trip and while I was away my leak returned. When I got back in town I took my vehicle back to Norm's to have them look at it and they said that the tire had to be replaced because whomever tried to fix the tire before ruined the tire. I paid for road hazard when I purchased the tire so the tire was prorated and replaced or I would have been back to Big O asking for them to pay for the replacement. Needless to say I will not be back.

I thought I needed a new tire, but was advised that the current tire could be repaired; that was then promptly taken care of. My truck was also veering left. I was informed that I need a new tie-rod; that was installed in a timely manner. My truck's engine also appeared to be spattering out a bit of oil from its top side. I inquired about that and was given useful advice. Very helpful service.

Ordered 2 new tires and was told they would be in the next day, ordered on Wednesday, tires didn't get there til Monday. Bought a new tpms sensor for my spare, checked it when I got home and it didn't work. Now I have to make another trip back to the store to find out why. I was told a story about how I had to drive the car for 20 minutes without using the brake which I know is false. I believe all they had to do was use their scanner but they just didn't do that. I'm not happy about having to make another trip back there. For all I know, they didn't even put a new tpms sensor in the tire at all. And by the way the sensor cost me 65 dollars

Your guys were awesome! The sales guy was very nice and explained everything to us in detail. Even took the time to tell us about the wheel lock key in our glove box (we knew what it was, but still thought it was great that he told us!) He even explained what they did with the alignment. I have never bought tires before and when I googled tire locations in NWA, you guys had the highest rating, and I can see why!

Took way to long for an oil change and then doing a rotation and strip studs on hub as well as damaging my just newly finished rims!

I appreciate the honest and clear information about the required needs to repair my vehicle. It now performs very well so the repairs were complete and done well. The negative attitude of the person who helped us when we came to pick up the car was unfortunate. His disrespect for his job and the company was sad and inappropriate. We experienced nothing that would indicate a negative working atmosphere.

Got there 1st thing in the morning with a flat tire got me out of the store within 35mins.
