I went for a tire rotation and balance, I think I got my tires balance but definitely I did not get my tires rotated, I did not go back to the store and argue about the problem because I'm pretty sure your mechanic whoud it denied,I will never go back to any Big O Tires locations.

I needed a radiator flush. I threw in an oil change as a bonus, I got the bonus but no radiator flush. It was over 2 hours for an oil change. Now you tell me why I should come back.

My car was squeaking every time I hit a bump or weight transferred. Brought it in for an estimate and I was told I needed new shocks and struts and an alignment. Came back a couple months later to have the work done after I had saved up the money. And after I had the work done they told me I was all set and the car was safe to drive. However, as soon as I drove off, the squeaking was not fixed and it was just as bad. Apparently they didn't test drive it after changing the streets and aligning . Brought it in the next day and they told me that the control arms were bad. Although new control arms had been done less than a year ago. I was given free parts and labor, which was great, but I am not convinced that I needed new shocks and struts or control arms to begin with. And I don't see how the alignment was done and if the control arms were bad and that wasn't noticed at the time of the alignment. The problem still exist and they couldn't diagnose what it was. I now have to find a different mechanic to find out what the problem is. In the meantime I feel as though I am driving and unsafe car. And a hubcap fell off sometime after I drove the car away and I have no idea where it was. I don't feel as though it was put back on properly because it has never fallen off before. I hate complaining, but I felt compelled to say something because money is extremely tight for me and I don't have any to waste and I feel that is what has happened

I walked into Big O Tires about a month ago, explaining that I didn't know anything about car mechanics and that I didn't know the language, but that all of my brake lights went out at the same time, and I thought it might be an issue with a fuse. Two different employees ignored me saying this and proceeded to charge me for an expensive diagnostic, which would have been fine if they had actually solved the problem. But they didn't. They changed two lights, not the brake lights mind you. I was there for several hours and had to leave for work. I left, got home, and noticed that my headlight was out, which was not out before. It took another TWO VISITS that week to finally get my lights fixed, along with the brake lights. On my final visit, after being there for two hours, an aloof employee approached me and said "something is wrong with your fuses." Which is THE FIRST THING I said when I walked in to the place 2 visits prior. I was charged over $350 for everything done to my car and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic. I do not trust a single word any of your employees said. I believe I was ripped off to the worst extent. I will not only never return, I will actively tell people never to go to your establishment.

I took my wife's car in to have her tires rotated and balanced due to a vibration she was having. We bought all four tires for her vehicle from Big O previously (two at one time and two at another time). I received a phone call several hours later stating there was an issue with one of the tires. The attendant stated it was a "wheel hop" and that the two older tires needed to be replaced. I explained that it hadn't been that long since we bought that set of tires (about 40,000 miles, with us expecting to get about 60,000 miles out of the tires). The attendant stated we would need to discuss the warranty with his manager, Anthony, upon our arrival at the store. The attendant then called me back requesting we bring the invoices showing that we had purchased the tires from Big O (do they not keep their own records??). Upon arrival at the store, I politely greeted Anthony but, in return, Anthony was very rude and unfriendly. He looked at our invoices and then proceeded to explain the reason the tires needed to be replaced so soon was because we did not purchase all four tires at the same time and could not reasonably expect to get good life out of the tires because they don't wear evenly. As I tried to ask questions, Anthony continued to be condescending and rude. After finally agreeing to purchase two new tires (only because they gave us a prorated rate for the two tires they were replacing), we left and they stated they would call us once the car was ready. Since this was a Saturday, the store was set to close at 3. We received a call around 2:55 stating the car was ready. We arrived a few minutes after 3 and i asked Anthony if he had taken the car back out to test drive it in order to ensure the vibration was gone. Anthony acted shocked that i would expect this (even though that's why we brought the car in to begin with). He stated, "no, but I guess I can. I'm just trying to get my guys out the door." Then to top it all off, I asked Anthony if they put our lug nut key back in the car. Anthony's response was "it should be in there, if not, come back in and see me." As I was walking to the car to leave, Anthony calls out to me stating he found the lug nut key in the shop. We have spent a lot of money on tires at this store, not only for my wife's car but also for my truck. We also were planning to purchase tires here for my camaro in the coming months. However, we will never give them any more of our money. I'm not even sure I'll go back to allow them to do the free rotation and balance that comes with the tires we purchased. They have poor customer service and honestly, I just don't trust them! Update: After leaving Big O that Saturday and replacing the tires, at their suggestion, there was still a significant vibration occurring with the car. I returned 4 days later asking them to check the balance since the car was still vibrating at highway speeds and around highway corners. They checked the brakes and rotators, all of which were fine. They stated they rebalanced the tires and all was fixed. When my wife went to pick the car up, they made a rude comment asking why she was driving 65 mph around corners (she was driving that speed ON THE HIGHWAY). Then, upon driving home on the highway it was apparent the car was STILL VIBRATING and had not been fixed. We were finally done messing with Big O so we took the car to the dealership where they discovered the problem- the two front wheels were bent. The dealership stated that either Big O wasn't paying any attention when they were balancing my tires or they simply didn't give a damn. The dealership stated it was obvious that both wheels were bent and the problem should have been caught when they had it on the balancing machine and before they ever tried to sell us new tires.

I made the mistake of purchasing a set of Nittos and paying for them upfront. I was told yesterday when I purchased the tires that I would receive a call this morning to get these on my truck today, which was the only reason I bought them in the first place since I'm going on a long road trip Friday. I waited all day and called the store back in the afternoon since I didn't receive a call this morning. I found out that the tires would not be in today so I would have to wait until Monday. I was given the option to pay an additional $140 to have them arrive on Friday. I was caught off guard that I would have to pay extra to get tires on my truck a day after I was initially told I would have them. I decided to have my money refunded. I enjoyed the service that I've had in the past up until today. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back.

I was over the top disappointed in my service and not only will I never recommend, I will be sure my friends do no go! I went in for a simple oil change. I walked out with a $93 bill. They refused to change my oil without doing (2) $15 things that they said were mandatory. NEVER ever heard of that. I reluctantly agreed, thinking my oil change would be about $60. So many hidden fees. I could have gotten my oil changed somewhere else AND gotten my car vacuumed for 1/3 of the price! I drive a Honda Accord. Insane. Highly disappointed!

We were traveling to Florida later the same day we brought our van in, and we needed to get a wobbly tire taken care of and the alignment reset. The alignment was performed only partly, after they had told us that we had steering components that need to be replaced. So A full alignment was not able to be accomplished, but they still charged us for the full price. In my experience with other tire stores, no alignment service was charged until after steering components were replaced and then the alignment services were conducted. At big O we were charged the full alignment service even though it couldn't be completed because the steering components were too warn. Now we have to go back in after we replace the steering components and pay to have the alignment done once more. I feel like that's taking advantage of the customer. The wobbly tire just needed to have the tires rotated and balanced. We were told the tires were too low on tread, and that's understandable. But we paid for a tire balance. After paying my bill I went out to check the van to see if they were rotated and they were not. I spoke to the manager about that and he said that they couldn't because the tire tread was too low. I falsely assumed that the rest of the services have been conducted because he didn't speak to the rest and I was still charged. So after taking the van home before our trip I rotated the tires myself . Then I also checked the tire pressure and all the tires were low at least 6 pounds of air. And then on the way to Florida the van shook incredibly. So the tires weren't balanced, and the tire pressure hadn't been checked, and they had not been rotated because the tires tread was too low. That is fine. What I don't understand is why you would charge me for that when the service clearly wasn't performed, especially after I asked the manager you about it. So next time I go back to big O, if I go back to big O, I'll have to scrutinize every detail of my bill to ensure what I'm paying for was actually performed. So far, none of it has been.

I was double charged - once out of my checking account with my debit card and then with my discover card because the machine was acting up. I have proof from the bank and yet THEY say they have no record of the bank transaction. No one called me back today after talking with Steve. I told them I was very upset about this and it needed to be taken care of.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Glenn and the rest of the team. They were able to get 2 new tires for my car from Springdale to the Bentonville location and repair my damaged tire within hours of my phone call to the shop that morning . Excellent customer service!

My visit was quick and easy. I had my oil changed with a free coupon. I was treated like I was paying for the oil change. I was greeted at my car, got the paperwork ready and got my car in and out in no time at all. I'll go back for the next one. The thing they didn't do was reset the thing that tells me when my next oil change is due.
