Things weee going great till the end!!! I had a piece of paper with original quote showed to salesman when I walked I. He took it and threw away and then when I got ready to pay I said this is not correct where is my original quote he said I threw it away and I said we'll find it...I even went through all trash cans and I don't know what he had done with it... He could never find it so I had to pay more than original quote that is wrong...I explained to manager and he said I did not understand and I totally understand what happened... If you want more detail call and I will explain...the quote was about 70 dollars off

The guys at the desk seemed overwhelmed with all kinds of work and didn't seem to be in the best of moods. The guys in the garage that actually did the work were more friendly!

This was my 2nd rotation since new tires with Big O. The 1st rotation was just a "walk in" for me and I had to wait 2+ hrs but wasn't too frustrated because i just walked in without an appt. For this 2nd rotation, I made a 9a appt and I still waited 2hrs for my tire rotation and they didn't even finish their alignment check - I had to ask for my van so I could get to another appointment. I'm not happy with the time management of this facility!! You really need to stop doing all your "digging for other problems in the car" and just rotate and check alignment... I don't need you to do anything more than that when I come in for my tire rotation. Very frustrating to have them come and tell me while waiting I need a cabin air filter... your rotating my tires!!! And your taking too long!! The sales person did apologize for my wait and discount the cabin air filter charge but I'm not happy with your business.

Seemed to take a little longer than normal

Not happy with the service I mentioned the problems but they are not verified all again I asked and again then they did it. Even after oil change they didnt reset the oil quality reset button. They are not done multipoint insepection . Multipoint inspection will be done along with the oil change they mentioned (tire pressure, filling of liquid, break pad inspection nothing was done)

Darryl Barker and his service team did a really great job taking care of my car I replaced all 4 tires they did not have in stock but went out of there way late in the evening and picked a set of tires up from near by store . I was there less time then I figured,friendly,experience,and did it right!!! Thanks

I've always recommended Big O Tires to anyone I've came across that was looking for a good deal and service until now. So with the whole Covid 19 going around and Bentonville being one of the hotspots close to me, I decided to go ahead and change the oil myself on my Dodge Journey. I would've done it myself all along but I'm a big guy and it's hard for me to get underneath and reach around to do it. So anyway, when I took the drain plug off, I happen to notice that some idiot had replaced my drain plug with some piece of shit plug with a little rubber O ring on it due to the thread missing around the middle of the plug. I'd love to post a picture of it that way everyone knows they have shade tree mechanics there. I'm definitely NOT going back there or to any other location they have and believe me I'm definitely spreading the news about this shit hole

Made and appointment for a balance and alignment, showed up 30 min early and waited for and hour and a half before they even pulled my vehicle in. Why make an appointment??????

Original new tire install did not include valve stems as ad stated. They diagnosed tie rod ends needed replaced. Another tire shop, muffler shop, and mechanic (3 differemt places) disagreed. I let it ride with no feedback. Just went back for free tire rotation and balance. I ask for new valve stems to be installed as did not get done with new tire install. Didn't happen! Tire rotation was a simple front to back, and back to front "rotation" (non directional tread). Very poor place to buy tires! Wouldn't trust there other services either. Just as well go to Wal-Mart or any other discount tire store.

Lack of knowledge of tires, trying to sell you the first set of tires you will settle for, warranty total BS. I got a price quote and made appointment for next day. After installing tires actual price was $100 more than quoted and big o couldn't find or redo original.

My ratings come as a result of an issue that I'd specifically pointed out where my car starts to overheat the faster it gets and when it gets to about "H" that it sounds as though someone balled their fist and hit a table. I mentioned how my radiator does not work properly and after spending all of this money, my car is still not capable of traveling long distances at faster speeds. This is extremely UNSAT as I placed my faith in your staff and now feel as though I've not fully gotten my monies worth.

I called for a quote on mounting tires and balancing for RV trailer. The job was done right and on a timely matter. Excellent information and service.
