Big O Tires

Went in for brake replacement in response tp your 199.00 per axle. Thinking that my charges would be 400.00 plus tax, i dropped my wife off to pay and pick up the car. When k got home, my wife informed me that the bill was 715.00. I went back i following day to question the bill. I was wrong in not taking in the coupon that was on line, but felt they should do someyhing. I am still waiting for them to get back to me, probably will never hear back.

For an oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours. Seen 1 employee at the counter being rude to a customer.

Absolutely first-rate service and incredibly fast turnaround. This business is consistently a professional leaderr setting the highest bar for competitors.

It is an ok place. As a customer, I am looking for a deal and as a store, they are caught up in making a buck and not evaluating long-term effects. For example, a year or so ago we had a tire blowout and replaced the tire. We decided to shop around and found three tires at Big O. It was more convenient than cost savings. So when I do the oil changes and have the tires rotated they look back at my history and low and behold they find that my other tire was purchased somewhere else and charge me $9 to balance that other tire since I didn't purchase from them. It just seems like splitting hairs to me. So guess what they call and say oh by the way you need a $75 alignment well guess what I may shop around now for that. It is a good place to get work done, but if you are looking for deals shop around.Mom and pop places may make you feel better about getting work done.

This is the second set of tires in a month after trying the first set ,not being satisfied with a lot of vibration ,took vehicle back ,two tires replaced,all tires road balanced,,still had road vibration,very dissatisfied,,those tires were credited in for Michelin,paid the difference,,now these tires have vibration,I haven't had much extra time to take vehicle back in to have these tires road balanced,which I think they should have been road balanced when they were installed ,,with the factory tires that were taken off after 65000 miles ,I didn't ever have any vibration,,,I'm hoping you guys can take care of this problem,next time I come in

I came in for a simple rotation. They got my vehicle in immediately but it took over an hour for my rotationt to be done. They tried to sell me more than I came in for. A tire rotation should be done in 30 minutes or less.

Staff is always so eager to help and very nice to deal with. I will continue to use Big O Tires for all of our family auto needs!

I went in wanting an oil change and to look at a tire losing air because I have the road hazard insurance. After it was all said and done, it was $97. $35 was for a disposal fee of the bad tire. Had I known that before leaving, I would have asked for the fire and taken it to the recycle plant myself. The oil change was a little pricey but about on par. That experience blew up my budget and I am having to get help to get groceries for my kids until next payday. But that is my problem, not Big O's and don't expect a hand out. I would like the option to take the tire or have you dispose of it.

I have been using Big O Tires since they opened up in Bentonville for both my cars, and have not been disappointed.

Our first time there for tires - oil change and wipers

One of the Big O shops in Utah we used to go to never could fully align our system and said there was nothing that could be done. The shop in Arkansas found the problem, ordered and installed a shim, and that took care of the issue. Well done.

Technician needs to wear gloves when entering the vehicle. Twice now I have to clean the interior of my vehicles due to grease or oil on the door and steering wheel.

Service was a little slow, but the store was busy. Probably should have more staffing. Not crazy about the Tires I bought, seem to be more of a rough ride than I like. My fault for not reading up on what I purchased.
