Dropped my vehicle off around 9:00 AM for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Never heard a response until after 2:30 PM. Seemed extremely long for two simple tasks. The work that was completed seems to be good work, just a long time to complete. Good facility. Good staff, possibly just poor time management.

I was impressed that you and your staff was able to get to my vehicle right away. Thank you for that experience. But I was taken back by the greeting I received. Not very welcoming. It seemed that the greeting,I received was just going throw the motions of doing your job.i don't know if it was just a bad day or a bad timing.

Had tires rotated and balance. Was told I needed back brakes two days later took to my machanic and he said they were fine and still had several miles in them....plus his quote for cost was half the quote big tires gave me.

To many hidden costs. Two 80.00 tires actually cost 120.00 after your installation. Tell your customers up front the price doesn't include mounting and balance.

The Big O team replaced a garden tractor tire for me, which is not their normal business (and not much revenue for them), but were courteous and reliable, and certainly helped me out a lot. I'll be back when my car tires need work or replacing.

This is the second visit for an oil change and again I had to clean oil/grease off from my door handle and steering wheel. Please have technicians where gloves so they avoid getting dirt and grime in the interior of a vehicle

5 recalled tires replaced under warrantee without any hassle at all despite not being purchased at this store. I wish all warrantee claims were handled as easily and as professionally. Big O took care of all the back-and-forth conversation with the tire manufacturer that can be so frustrating when submitting a warrantee claim.

Workers were friendly but got home and valve caps that were on my car when I got there were gone when I got home

Pros: Got tires rated for 100k miles at a decent price, shuttle service was nice, friendly staff, and alignment cost/value was great Cons: They grossly under-estimated the time it would take to finish the work. They stated it would take 1.5 hours and 3 hours later only the new tires were installed--no work had begun on the alignment. They were very busy that day but I would have appreciated a more forthright time estimate or some communication on needing to change the estimate than no communication from them (I found this out when I called them 3 hours after dropping off the car). I ended up having to bring the car back the following day for the alignment (they didn't call to let me know it was done that day--I called them 2.5 hours after dropping it off). They also misplaced my key and it took extra time for me to pay and leave because of this.

The guys even let their tacos get cold to help me out. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be going back.

It took 2 1/2 hours for a basic oil change even though I had a reservation. This was the result .of agreeing to buy a cabin air filter. I assumed it would be available and add about 5 minutes to my wait, but learned that they have to send someone to get the filters. This was after I inquired about the long wait after spending an hour watching no one work in my car. If I had known about this, I would have just declined the filter and everything would have been fine.

I told them not to lower my window because it was messed up. They tried to lower it anyway and now o have to keep my window help in with a piece of cardboard. Not a happy camper.

Needed oil change, went spot on. Did multi point inspection, Notified me of issues I need to address and that is standard. Weren't pushy to sell it and I loved it. Soon as I can get funds I'll be back to fix issues A.S.A.P. Safety is priority.
