Anthony and Daryl were very knowledgeable and had great customer service. Daryl even waited for us to pick up pur car after the shop closed on Sat!! Thank you for taking such good care of us. Great experience for a first time customer!!

The people in the store took care of business, but I was very upset about the fact you sent me an email for a 25 dollar cupon then said I couldn't use it because corporate office told you not to allow it! This is why I will not be coming back for oil changes. But you are obligated to still do free tire rotation. I am sure you have plenty of business and I'm just one , but if you do this to several soon people are going to let you know their disappointed view.

Great customer service

The only thing that I was not happy about was I needed an air filter and they had to have it delivered from somewhere. They didn't make it clear that they didn't have it there and was having to have it brought to the store. I had my 2 sons and it took quite awhile and they got pretty restless. If I would of known that it wasn't there I would of waited on that part.

I went with 10 minutes to close and they were so helpful and willing to stay until my car was taken care of completely!

The agents are very friendly, polite and listen to all questions or concerns. The agents explain in detail all issues that may required additional care. Very satisfied with this store and those who interact with me. Thank you.

Very good establishment

Found the right tires. Bought during the 'Buy 3-Get 1 Free' promotion. I wasn't expecting the purchase of a 1-year alignment warranty required to get that promotion discount. Installation and service was in a timely manner. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit.

great service!!!!!!!!! the parts store they used was bad and took way way to long to get the parts to the shop to be installed on the truck. waited over 2 plus hours total on parts .

My first experience with them was great. I needed lug nuts for my wheels as well as swap customs/aftermarket wheels on my vehicle. Correct lug nuts were installed. Their customer service orientation was exciting. If I have to go there again for any type of service they can render me I surely will.
