These guys did me a huge favor. I called at 11 am needing to head out of state no later than 1. They had me ready to roll at 1230, with 4 new tires mounted/balanced and tpms reset. Did I mention I bought the tires elswhere?

I had new brakes installed, when my wife paid, it was higher than i thought due to on line advertisement. I went back in to question the bill and took a copy of the internet coupon. They agreed that the coupon was valid, however i did not present it prior to work being completed. I figured i had just screwed up and had to learn from my mistake. To my surprise, i had a message on my phone fron Anthony, when i called him back, he informed me that they would give me a partial credit. I understand they were not required to give me a credit, and they did so in order to keep their customers happy. I have learned my lesson, always present coupon before work begins. Thamk you Anthony and Big O.

Wonderful Experience. Went thereon Black Friday late afternoon, wanted 4 new tires for Grandson's car, they had them put them on quickly and professionally and even gave us a $50 discount

Honest and straightforward with pricing. They quoted me 90$ and was just that. They tried to save me money anywhere they could. Had a quote elsewhere and was 200$+ for the same thing

My only complaint is that the technician did not wipe his hands and arms good so there were oil smudges on my center consol and door rest that I had to clean when I got home.

Came in this week to get my tires balanced. Customer service was fantastic, and the wait wasn't too bad either.

Employees were very courteous and helpful. We had bad weather that day, ice and snow. I had an appt at 3 but my truck was still outside at 4 and they told customers that walked In that they weren't busy so I'm not sure why mine took so long to get started. I am happy with the tires I got so far but all I have done is drive it home due to weather.

I have used the Bentonville location since it opened. Have always received great service and everyone is always very friendly!
