The experience was courteous and professional

I called before I came in told them what I needed and I needed them on that day. Person I spoke with looked outside their store, found some in Springdale, they went and picked them up. Got there an hour early to my appointment. They were busy, but still got me right in, while I waited. I was in and out in just under an hour. No problems, no issues.

Although the job on my alignment was horrible, the customer service was outstanding. I am glad they did not hawk their other services as this made my trip in the store fast. The two gentlemen who worked the counters on 7/18 deserve much credit as they were very polite and will be the reason I recommend this store to others.

Very fast and efficient, very polite and informative

Overall great... however I have had 2 instances where they haven't appropriately tightened the drain plug to the oil pan after a change resulting in smallish leaks. (I nearly had to get under my truck and tighten it). I would only ask to more thoroughly check the work before it leaves a service bay.

The man who helped us was very nice and got us in and out of there very quick! I had two tires replaved and we weren't even there for an hour! I was so impressed

I was there on Monday and they were fast. Not sure what all was done since the paperwork says something different that what was supposed to be done but they were quick and nice. The communication could be better since they claimed they called and didn't.

This is my 4th visit to your Bentonville store (we service 2 vehicles there) and they have taken great care of me everytime. I wanted to write this time to give a shout out to Anthony, Jamal and Darrel. They are very efficient, provide great attention to detail and have gotten me out and on my way in good time. Your check-in process is well set-up and allows for a clear understanding of the potential work to be done plus an accurate price estimate. The best part is the "proof" they provide on what was wrong (show the dirty air filter, the nail in the tire, etc.). I first used this location as its more convenient to work, but come back because they take good care of me and our vehicles.

Had a damaged tire, Glen checked the rim and the tread dept on all 4. front tires were in range for replacement and back tires were close so I purchased a set of Big O tires (my second full set for 2 of my three vehicles). Glen was not pushy to sell 4 tires but was knowledgable and helpful.

I did have a few problems after my initial visit that's why I could not give a 5 star review. I spoke with Daryl on the phone and they got me back in at my earliest convenience. Daryl and a technician went over my issues and corrected them immediately. I did not have to wait and they got me taken care of. They explained their issues and what they have done to correct them so this doesn't happen in the future. I appreciate Daryl and his teams attention to my issues and how quickly they got me taken care of.

I bought Big O brand tires on the recommendation of the sale person. We will see how well the tires perform.

Wonder why it took 3 months to be asked for a review??

I got a 6" lift plus new tires for my truck and it looks and rides perfect. They did an awesome job.

I had tires replaced a week ago.Everything went perfect.Everything was professional and courteous. Will go back, and recommend them for anyone.

Had to come back a second time to have the leak in my tire fixed.
