They were very helpful in giving details on available tires for my trailer, got me in the same day and it was an overall easy process.

Communication, Pricing, and getting my work done in a timely matter was all done professionally and efficiently. They called when my truck was ready to be picked up and also called to explain the services that were going to be performed.

My appointment time was honored as closely as possible. Personnel worked on my vehicle in a timely manner, taking time to explain additional needed repairs. The subsequent service was completed in what seemed to be a timely manner, as well.

Quick service!

While visiting AR from MN, we picked up a screw in one our tires. Apon arriving early for our appointment, we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman that managed to get us taken care of asap. When the tire was promptly repaired, we were told there would be no charge and to have a safe trip. I was stunned to have such great customer service in a time when I thought customer service no longer existed. A very grateful Minnesotan

Great group of employees. Please quit training and sending the solid knowledgeable employees to other stores. Darryl and Anthony are great to work with at this location but new staff each month is not productive and reduces their ability and time for solid service.
