Service writer pulled up my records and knew exactly what to do. He also agreed to do a couple of extra things, like fill in all info in the Lexus maintenance book and do a thorough brake inspection.

Great group of employees. Please quit training and sending the solid knowledgeable employees to other stores. Darryl and Anthony are great to work with at this location but new staff each month is not productive and reduces their ability and time for solid service.

Scheduling was easy, had to wait a few days for tires to be in stock which turned out to be great. Employees were nice, intelligent, and professional. Cost went up like everything else

Justin & Race were spot on in helping pick tires out and pulling them from the warehouse in a timely fashion The shop associates were incredibly fast in getting the new tires on. The cleanliness of the shop and care they took while servicing my car was exceptional.

They are polite and explain everything fully. They pumped air in my tires for free so I didn't have to do that myself somewhere. I didn't have to wait long at all.
