Big O Tires

Part was ordered and it wasn't the correct part for my vehicle... made my ~ 30-45min. visit end up being 3hrs. Tech that executed the oil change left a ton of oil on the skid plate (didn't clean it off) hence when I get home I have massive oil dropping on my driveway -- to what I was to assume was now a leak? Back to store I go to find out that the tech just didn't do their job correctly. Anthony (I assume the manager) is great and gave me a small discount for the inconvenience and I appreciate that. However, I do expect the Big O' Team to treat every service as its' their own car. If they were doing that service for their own vehicle - would they ensure that the extra oil was cleaned up and removed? Likely that answer is yes. I expect "more" for someone that I'm paying for service from. I only ask that you folks tighten up your game a bit.

I've gotten my oil changed here and my tires patched.. They did amazing and have decent prices...

Anthony the store manager has always been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist. He has a solid understanding of mechanics and seems to always have an idea of what is wrong with my vehicle just from the vague descriptions I give him...he deserves a raise!

Overall the service was good, though a big sluggish. I was there on the day that Anthony, the manager who I've praised before, was not there so maybe that made the slight difference in speed. The shop was not very busy but it took a bit longer than I would have expected and longer than I'd waited before. Not a big deal.

Staff is up front about costs and work needed as well as friendly and professional. They did not try to sell me on products that I didn't need. I appreciate the honesty.

Great customer service

Overall experience was good. I had to tires that were warrantied. The only downside was a white trash moment between one of your techs and the front desk guy.

Have had numerous visits to have different repairs. THe work is alwasy outstanding, as is the customer service. Jammal is always helpful and treats me well. Its become my go to for auto.

I put two tires on my fifth wheel on July 29th and then had two more replaced on July 31st. On July 31st the TPP program was explained to me, (or more accurately) I listened to the service rep. I was surprised that the program applied to trailer tires and would have taken the protection on all four tires but was told that since I turned it down on Saturday I could not put it on those tires only the ones I was purchasing on July 31st. I didn't take the TPP since I could not get it on all four tires but will remember it is available in the future.

Young man did a great job. I can't recall his name at this time but he did good.

Jesse's courtesy is the primary reason I decided to visit Big O, and Anthony's demeanor almost made me leave. I'm sure Anthony has his talents, but I would work to use them in the back of the shop where customer interaction is limited.

This is the 3rd time I have visited BIG O TIRES and I have to say the service is always excellent with little to no waiting time. Estimates provided are very competitive and they have a wide variety of tires available.

Daryl handled my order like a pro. Other issues were found once they got into the job and started replacing the parts we talked about. Daryl called me right away and gave me the option of replacing the additional parts today or coming back at another time. I decided to have them replace all the parts that were recommended and I'm glad I did. My 2002 Chevy truck has over 200K miles on it and was feeling pretty worn out. We did shocks, struts, brakes, a ball joint and a few suspension parts and now feels like a totally younger vehicle. I have confidence in the team at the Bentonville Big O Tires.

The Team in Bentonville is always courteous and professional. they took care of on time and addressed all my needs.

Everyone was great and treated us like family and I watched the mechanic bleed my breaks but I am still having trouble with them. I am worried that if I really need them to work they will not work correctly. Now I don't know what to do we already paid 91.97 and now I will have to take the car someplace else and pay again to have them checked.
