Big O Tires

There was a rough handoff between Angus, who provided the quote and the staff when the vehicle was brought in for the tires. Angus was off that day. The quote could not be found to verify the size and type of tires. However, the staff was able to recover quickly. I left the vehicle but what was expected to be a 45 minute to ah hour job took closer to 2 hours before I was notified that it was ready to pick up.

Very pleasant and they got me right in on a Monday.

Changed the wrong tire, but fixed the issue with no problem some was very polite about it. Mistakes happen sometimes, but all is well that ends well.

Great experience and very helpful staff. Darryl did an outstanding job. I went in looking for tires for 3 vehicles and a great discount. Darryl was able to make it happen. Had a few other things that needed repaired on each vehicle. They let me know about those but were not pushy at all like I've witnessed with other shops. They were able to work with my schedule and provided a shuttle to and from work. Highly recommended shop

All went well with my tire purchase. It was turned around in a couple of hours including alignment so that pleased me much.

My only issue to my visit was maybe the interaction with Darrell at the store. He could have been a little nicer and maybe slowed down to understand what I was saying instead of assuming things. As a woman that comes from a background in mechanics he didn't seem to be interested in listening to what I had to say.

Repaired a flat tire in a timely manner

The staff was helpful, did a good job. We bought new tire not that long ago. One tire was faulty and need to be replaced another went flat from some valve problem. The staff was very helpful and resolved our issue, which is what counts.

The staff was great and took great care of us. They addressed all my concerns and I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

turns out I needed a belt for my corvette, but they said it would be a waste unless another existing problem wasnt fixed first by the dealer, they could have just put belts on and said nothing. I didnt know they did more than tires. Now I know.

The one thing I would say is ask customers if they had an appointment and wait on those customers first.

I am always treated wonderful in this store. The guys recognize me when I come in.

I was using Firestone service Centers for my Car repair/mechanical/tire needs. I quit using Firestone because I caught them charging for services and then not doing the services. I started using Big O Tires because it was convenient for me for where I live. I took my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. As usual, a Customer Service come to show me additional services that I was told they recommend. I got very upset over it, since I told them when I checked in, that I had just finished a 100,000+ mile service with Infiniti....and what they had recommended was done on that Infiniti service.....one of which was replace my windshield wipers. I do not want this to happen again, or I will be looking for another Car repair/mechanical/service place to go to. Tell me the truth.....don't push things that do not need to be done in my face, and then act surprised when I don't do it.,

My husband was out of town and sent me here as I needed to get a new tire after 5:00 and everyone else was closing. They were super friendly and got me in and out quickly. Will definitely use them again.
