Daryl was helpful and straight to the point he did a good job. I ordered the tires on friday afternoon and they arrived on monday. I received a phone call and came in at 3 you got me right in. Overall it was a very good experience.

The website needs to be updated. The tires I had planned to get were discontinued. They did however offer me a better tire for the same price. They admitted their inventory was off. These things happen. My issue came from it taking 2.5 hours for them to tell me this and then them having to go to another town to get tires. I was also getting my oil changed and that had not been done either after the 2.5 hour wait. However, I have never had anyone be anything but nice at this facility. I do understand that they are very busy. Please do not squeeze me in an appointment and then keep me all afternoon. Just tell me you can't get me in that day. I wait because it is a hassle to drop my car off. I am however disabled and sitting in the freezing waiting area for 4+ hours is agony. I am not asking for special consideration, but reasonable consideration as I am sure most people would appreciate.

I am disabled and on Friday afternoon after a very busy day and I was in a lot of pain, my granddaughter and I discovered my tire was almost flat. We managed to get it aired up and started to try and find a place still open to fix it. We happened to see your store on J Street. The person that looked at it and took my information was so polite and nice. Your staff had us back on the road in a short time. I appreciated it so much. Thank you to the guys at Big O Tires on J Street.

I called Big O Tires to let them know I was on my way there. Just letting them know that a tow truck would have me there in 10 minutes. The shop was busy, but I still had a short time to wait for the flat to be replaced. Thank you.

Warm welcome and prompt service. Oil change & tire rotation took about 1 hr. No problem since they have a very good free internet for you to get caught up on the things you have been putting off. My wait time was productive time for me. I would recommend this facility for your car service needs.

Except for the new person who messed up the bill at the end, the service was great.

Very pleased with service

I moved here recently and had to find a new car service provider. Previously, I had a family friend who owned a business and could trust that I was being taken care of for my repair needs. I was worried about ever finding something similar here. But, in the three times I've take my vehicles to Big O Tires, I feel like I have found someone who is interested in me as a long term customer - not someone to take advantage of. In my most recent visit, they told me that the brake noise I was hearing was due to some loose caliper bolts and that everything else looked good. They ordered in new bolts as they were stripped but, since it was such a simple fix, they did not charge me the labor to replace them. I appreciate their customer focused service and will be back for all my car care needs.
