Was very satisfied with service and my tire purchase. However they didn't check my pressure sensors

The website needs to be updated. The tires I had planned to get were discontinued. They did however offer me a better tire for the same price. They admitted their inventory was off. These things happen. My issue came from it taking 2.5 hours for them to tell me this and then them having to go to another town to get tires. I was also getting my oil changed and that had not been done either after the 2.5 hour wait. However, I have never had anyone be anything but nice at this facility. I do understand that they are very busy. Please do not squeeze me in an appointment and then keep me all afternoon. Just tell me you can't get me in that day. I wait because it is a hassle to drop my car off. I am however disabled and sitting in the freezing waiting area for 4+ hours is agony. I am not asking for special consideration, but reasonable consideration as I am sure most people would appreciate.

Everything from the phone call to the visit was top notch. I was greeted with a smile and kindness from start to finish. Although all I needed was a tire patch they were eager to help and answer any questions I had. Got me in and out within the hour even while they were as busy as they were. Thanks guys.

They saved us money on our brakes that the dealership said needed replaced.

Thursday I went to make an appointment to get my tires rotated and alignment done and they got me in right then.

Warm welcome and prompt service. Oil change & tire rotation took about 1 hr. No problem since they have a very good free internet for you to get caught up on the things you have been putting off. My wait time was productive time for me. I would recommend this facility for your car service needs.

Great Team at our local Bentonville, Arkansas Big O Tires. Very professional and excellent Customer Service. They beat the Big Box and Big Club Retailers hands down. You can trust their quality of work and know that if you have any problems; they will take care of it. I can count on them getting the job done the first time.

Very pleased with service

I switched to this shop after some disappointment in the local Chevy store for my personal vehicle just over a year ago. Recently I had my truck serviced again and was very pleased with the level of attention paid to my truck's service needs. As a result, we decided to call for a quote for some needs on our work truck. We're a non-profit, so shopping for price is just as important as quality service. Darryl was very helpful, and was able to do better on price than the local dealership. Additionally, the warranties on work make it ideal. We'll look forward to continuing to do business with your shop!

Excellent service, just like clockwork!

There was a rough handoff between Angus, who provided the quote and the staff when the vehicle was brought in for the tires. Angus was off that day. The quote could not be found to verify the size and type of tires. However, the staff was able to recover quickly. I left the vehicle but what was expected to be a 45 minute to ah hour job took closer to 2 hours before I was notified that it was ready to pick up.

Almost everyone on site is helpful and friendly. Anthony always goes out of his way and actually so do most of the staff I have recommended friends and will continue to do that thanks guys!

Changed the wrong tire, but fixed the issue with no problem some was very polite about it. Mistakes happen sometimes, but all is well that ends well.

Daryl was helpful and straight to the point he did a good job. I ordered the tires on friday afternoon and they arrived on monday. I received a phone call and came in at 3 you got me right in. Overall it was a very good experience.

All went well with my tire purchase. It was turned around in a couple of hours including alignment so that pleased me much.
