Big O Tires

My first experience with them was great. I needed lug nuts for my wheels as well as swap customs/aftermarket wheels on my vehicle. Correct lug nuts were installed. Their customer service orientation was exciting. If I have to go there again for any type of service they can render me I surely will.

Was happy to do business here and my next set of tires will be from right here.

Everything was outstanding. But at the end when I declined the tire warranty I felt harassed for deciding to not go with the warranty employees said it was a stupid decision for not getting it and didnt help me when I asked about the possible wheel bearing and break job. So I went some where else due to this employee

I went in to have my tires checked only to come out w four new tires and brakes and another item needing done. The staff was cordial and professional.

I stopped in to have a flat fixed, even though they were fairly busy they got to me quickly, were extremely friendly and make sure I was satisfied before I left

The personnel were very knowledgeable and friendly. Considering that we were very upset that Nissan Dealership let us down when refusing to cover our warranted tire and didn't even try to correct the issue. Big O took care of it and even fixed an alignment issue for us. Thanks!

The only thing I was not thrilled with was they did not replace my jack after they removed my spare and put it back in the car. I realize I got it out but I got the spare out and they put it all back. I would have expected them to replace the jack.
