Big O Tires

They reset my oil reader to 3000 miles. I was told by the gentleman that helped me it was 5000 miles. I could not rest my oil gauge The service was extremely fast!

Rotate and balance after 1st 5000 miles on my Big O, Big Foot's and A/C recharge before our family vacation. Service was awesome, they shuttled me back to work then picked me up while they performed the work.

I knew I needed new tires. I set up an appointment for the following day and they called me the morning of my appointment to let me know they were ordering them. It was so nice to get that phone call instead of having to go in to find out. Everyone there was extremely nice and I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you for your prompt service as well. I wasn't there for a long time. They got me in and out without any issues. I appreciated everything they did.

Everyone seems knowledgeable and polite at the Bentonville location, but the reason I continue to purchase tires and accessories, is Darryl Barker. That guy is awesome! He goes above and beyond with everything he does. I can only hope that he stays at this location for long time.

Everytime I get to go here and have my car serviced, the experience is top notch! Guys knock out the service that is requested and always inform me of what is coming up and/or due on my vehicle. Thanks to a quality inspection this time, they noticed the air and cabin filter were dirty. I could have probably waited on those but since they had them out and they looked dirty I had them go ahead and replace!! Thank you all I appreciate it!!

They identified a problem immediately and brought my attention to the need for a motor mount. I knew there was a problem I just didn't know what it was. As often as Ford saw that vehicle, someone should have said something. I just hope the tires I purchased provide me with great all-weather, safe traveling for at least two or three years. I also hope that I will have good mechanical service in helping me maintain my car. It was a very good experience and I hope it continues.
