The whole team working there that day, were very helpful and informative. They were able to answer every question I had, and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, (shopping, paperwork, and all) they also had good attitudes. When you are about to spend that much it puts a downer on your day but they made the experience better.

My husband passed away in July this year. So I felt I HAD to go some place he had trusted to get work done on my 2015 Equinox.I knew I needed an oil change and possibly other stuff done. I made an appt for Saturday and down I went. I live in Exeter MO so it is over an hour drive for me. Anthony met me and greeted me! He put my mind at ease and treated me with great compassion. We got everything taken care of. I did indeed need an alignment (he even showed me a print out of before and after), got oil changed and checked all the other 'stuff'. Well worth the drive for the peace of mind and professionalism I was shown by Anthony! Thank you for taking care of me.

They were able to perform the alignment without having an appointment. The wait was long but it's expected on Saturdays. I went in for a alignment check under warranty. Good experience.

Service writer pulled up my records and knew exactly what to do. He also agreed to do a couple of extra things, like fill in all info in the Lexus maintenance book and do a thorough brake inspection.

I stopped by while traveling out of town to get my tires rotated. I purchased my tires from a big o tire in another state. I had mixed emotions on taking in my vehicle as I wasn't going to purchase anything and I haven't bought anything from this location. The service was great, and the service writer was very helpful.
