The whole team working there that day, were very helpful and informative. They were able to answer every question I had, and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, (shopping, paperwork, and all) they also had good attitudes. When you are about to spend that much it puts a downer on your day but they made the experience better.

Tire pressure light was on. They found a nail in my tire, repaired it

My husband passed away in July this year. So I felt I HAD to go some place he had trusted to get work done on my 2015 Equinox.I knew I needed an oil change and possibly other stuff done. I made an appt for Saturday and down I went. I live in Exeter MO so it is over an hour drive for me. Anthony met me and greeted me! He put my mind at ease and treated me with great compassion. We got everything taken care of. I did indeed need an alignment (he even showed me a print out of before and after), got oil changed and checked all the other 'stuff'. Well worth the drive for the peace of mind and professionalism I was shown by Anthony! Thank you for taking care of me.

I walked into your lobby on a Monday morning-during a holiday week. I was greeted promptly, they took my vehicle and serviced my issue. I had a screw in my tire-that ended up not puncturing the wheel. They aired up my tires, and promptly returned my vehicle to me. This service was quick, my need was addressed beyond my expectations, and delivered with a smile by all associates. Highly appreciated as a local small business owner myself! I stopped by while traveling out of town to get my tires rotated. I purchased my tires from a big o tire in another state. I had mixed emotions on taking in my vehicle as I wasn't going to purchase anything and I haven't bought anything from this location. The service was great, and the service writer was very helpful.

I was greeted and my needs were met. I waited an hour which I didn't think was unreasonable as a walk in with a tire that needed a patch repair
