Big O Tires

I thought I needed a new tire, but was advised that the current tire could be repaired; that was then promptly taken care of. My truck was also veering left. I was informed that I need a new tie-rod; that was installed in a timely manner. My truck's engine also appeared to be spattering out a bit of oil from its top side. I inquired about that and was given useful advice. Very helpful service.

I was very satisfied with my recent tire purchase from Big O tire. I have used the big warehouse stores previously, usually buying Michelin, although I may have paid a bit more for the Big O tires, the value received is tremendous. From the initial guidance provided from Daryl, who listened to my requirements, then recommended a Nitto brand tire (this is the first time I have bought Nitto tires) through to the final return of my SUV. For the next 60,000 miles I will have peace of mind regarding my tires, the Big O road hazard warranty exceeds the big warehouse version. The team was very helpful, even gave me a ride back to my home while the work was conducted. The tires look great, they ride and handle fantastic, if I did'nt know I would think they are Michelin's. I would recommend speaking with Daryl before buying a set of tires anywhere else!

I believe Daryl helped me during my entire process (whoever check me out at the end of my tire/oil change) and he was very informative and direct about price and the service. It was a wonderful change to have someone that direct so I had no surprises. I have another car that will need work that I will be bringing to this store and will continue to bring my Dodge back. Customer service was excellent and the staff was all very friendly! Thank you for all your help!

I had special issues with my 2005 F150's shifter and 4 wheel drive in addition to the normal service. The issues are being repaired. Very professional and friendly shop. All the personnel I met were very helpful. So far, I have only good things to say about this shop!

I gave a four on product knowledge and expertise because after installing a tire pressure monitor valve stem, my Chrysler Town and Country van still showed that the system needed to be serviced. The tech had programmed the replacement and didn't know why the system hadn't reset. He suggested I drive it for a while to see if it would. On my way home, I hit reset on my computer control panel and the error light disappeared from both my computer readout and on my dashboard. All-in-all, the service was excellent and I have no complaints, but I wanted you to know why I gave a 4 on that particular category. What happened would not make me less likely to deal with Big O in the future.

Seemed to take a little longer than normal

Unlike some other shops, I feel that at Big O my vehicles are in good, knowledgeable hands. These appear to be people who have a passion for cars, not workers scrounging for a job anywhere they can get one. Professionals.

Darryl Barker and his service team did a really great job taking care of my car I replaced all 4 tires they did not have in stock but went out of there way late in the evening and picked a set of tires up from near by store . I was there less time then I figured,friendly,experience,and did it right!!! Thanks
