Staff is always so eager to help and very nice to deal with. I will continue to use Big O Tires for all of our family auto needs!

Went in for an oil change and the service was quick and professional.

I have been using Big O Tires since they opened up in Bentonville for both my cars, and have not been disappointed.

Everytime I use them from and oil change to new tires, I am very happy.

I stopped in just to get a quote and within an hour, was driving off with new tires on my vehicle. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Price was very competitive. Great experience!

I had special issues with my 2005 F150's shifter and 4 wheel drive in addition to the normal service. The issues are being repaired. Very professional and friendly shop. All the personnel I met were very helpful. So far, I have only good things to say about this shop!

I appreciate the expertise and great, no-nonsense service I receive from Big O and the Bentonville location in particular. Anthony is a real asset - he is always informed, helpful and kind. I will say that other guys there might need to work on phone skills. Some have been very abrupt, practically hanging up on me. I know from meeting them that it isn't intentional, just a training opportunity. A bit more friendly tone, "thank you," etc. will fix it.

I gave a four on product knowledge and expertise because after installing a tire pressure monitor valve stem, my Chrysler Town and Country van still showed that the system needed to be serviced. The tech had programmed the replacement and didn't know why the system hadn't reset. He suggested I drive it for a while to see if it would. On my way home, I hit reset on my computer control panel and the error light disappeared from both my computer readout and on my dashboard. All-in-all, the service was excellent and I have no complaints, but I wanted you to know why I gave a 4 on that particular category. What happened would not make me less likely to deal with Big O in the future.

Unlike some other shops, I feel that at Big O my vehicles are in good, knowledgeable hands. These appear to be people who have a passion for cars, not workers scrounging for a job anywhere they can get one. Professionals.
