Big O Tires

This is my 4th visit to your Bentonville store (we service 2 vehicles there) and they have taken great care of me everytime. I wanted to write this time to give a shout out to Anthony, Jamal and Darrel. They are very efficient, provide great attention to detail and have gotten me out and on my way in good time. Your check-in process is well set-up and allows for a clear understanding of the potential work to be done plus an accurate price estimate. The best part is the "proof" they provide on what was wrong (show the dirty air filter, the nail in the tire, etc.). I first used this location as its more convenient to work, but come back because they take good care of me and our vehicles.

Great group of employees. Please quit training and sending the solid knowledgeable employees to other stores. Darryl and Anthony are great to work with at this location but new staff each month is not productive and reduces their ability and time for solid service.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The service was completed in a very timely manner.

I brought my 67 Mustang in for tires and alignment. I just changed the front end to an aftermarket coilover system. The guys were up front as far as pricing since it was not stock. They did a great job getting the alignment right and honored what they quoted me. The car has never ridden nicer. Thanks guys for such a great job. I appreciate all your hard work getting my baby back on the road!!

I came in looking for a Michelin Premier LTX and they sold me on the Defender since the LTX is discontinued. I'm very happy with our purchase! Additionally, I asked the sales person what he thought about a "noisey" brake issue I was having with my other car. He recommended me to get it checked ASAP since I had recently replaced the brakes. I took my car back to Firestone(where I purchased the brakes) and they had messed up my original installation and fixed everything for free. A dangerous situation was avoided because of one of your employees! Thank you!!! I will be back for my next set of tires.
