Big O Tires

The staff at the Bentonville Big O is always friendly and helpful. They seem to go out of their way to satisfy their customers. That includes a willingness to discount/adjust costs in order to correct issues.

I walked into your lobby on a Monday morning-during a holiday week. I was greeted promptly, they took my vehicle and serviced my issue. I had a screw in my tire-that ended up not puncturing the wheel. They aired up my tires, and promptly returned my vehicle to me. This service was quick, my need was addressed beyond my expectations, and delivered with a smile by all associates. Highly appreciated as a local small business owner myself!
