Big O Tires

The staff at the Bentonville Big O is always friendly and helpful. They seem to go out of their way to satisfy their customers. That includes a willingness to discount/adjust costs in order to correct issues.

This was my first visit to Big O Tires and I was very impressed with their service. I dropped off my vehicle to get the oil changed and they called me when it was ready. They did a great job and kept my car clean. When I went to pick it up there was a slight wait time because they were busy, but they apologized for the wait and were very polite. This is honestly the best oil change experience I have had a in a while because no one was being pushy. They did the work I wanted, I paid, and they gave me a detailed receipt.

Always come here for any maintenance needed on my vehicle. Always fantastic service.
